The place stated online and on the window that closed at 11:00 p.m. I came at 10:32 and waited a long time while the ladies just clean the back and didn't even acknowledge me then she finally says what's your order I told her I didnt have order yet and trying to place a order she goes again with your order and I'm like I didn't place the order I am trying to place the order right now she goes were closed and I go but I thought you close at 11 it says on your window that you close at 11 she goes yeah but there's no more food I think that's horrible especially from a manager this got place needs to clean its self up. Quickest McDonald's as far as making/receiving my Carmel frappe ..... Every other 1 I've been to legitimately takes extra long I believe it's because it's a pain for them to make but not this McDonald's! Plus they were a bit busy too when I placed my order ... Cashier very short & rude, I had an entertainment coupon to buy one breakfast item get one free, this coupon was not one with a bar code to scan, rather a code to enter, cashier refused to put the code in & tells me she has no way to do it only way is to scan & just simply refused to even try put the code in. You know what open up another register if you can't handle the pressure of other customers waiting in line or stay home, very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service especially when my coupon clearly listed your location as the place to use...
