I come here pretty often for a classic beef bowl and their other plates. Their pricing the last couple of months has made no sense whatsoever. I went from paying 11-14 dollars for a beef bowl and sometimes a drink to paying almost 20 bucks for just the bowl, which only comes with rice beef and salad. I’ve never had a problem with cashiers but I’ve had reoccurring problems with the same girl who does not know how to use the register. Had an instance where I asked to pay cash and the rest on card and she was confused, and other instances showing she was not comfortable in customer service or cashiering. I am by no means a stingy or rude customer and it pains me a lot to say something when something is wrong, but this isn’t okay. Place was good and reasonably priced BEFORE but too many changes to the menu/pricing without making some type of announcement or disclaimer is disappointing to me. I’ll probably stop coming here, it’s just not for me in terms of pricing and...
Read moreI used to love yasai but me and my bf went yesterday and we had the worst experience first off it was only one other person ordering besides me and we waited awhile just to order the new cashier didn't know the menu which is understandable but she also had an attitude with us even after she forgot to give us our beef plate and when i asked for tempura sauce she simply slammed it on the counter and walked away, the phone kept ringing and she would pass by and when she would answer she would just say "idk what that is i guess its not on the menu". She not only messed up my order but three orders in a row she was forgetting rolls or plates and would open the box of food n hand you what she forgot without apologizing or being polite. We love yasai but it was such a bad experience i...
Read moreI find the food here very tasty. So much so that I try not to go more than once a week. Usually I get the chicken and beef combo. I have not been disappointed. The salad greens and Asian cabbage salad they serve with the meal are great. I mean, they're only like romane lettuce and cabbage, but whatever dressing they use makes it special. The meat is always seasoned and cooked to perfection. I've only had the California roll sushi thus far, but if it's any indication of how good the rest of their sushi is, I think you'll like it. I go here every week, and I will be going back. If you like the sort of Japanese style if seasoning and cooking, you'll probably like this place to. Stop by and...
