Wayback Burgers — Restaurant in Norwalk

Today was the best visit Since I’ve been in this store about 20+ times and never got greeted like I did today I guess the guy there is new but it felt really good to see a smile there wish I would have gotten his name but he helped me with my order when I couldn’t figure it out and it was great I will definitely be back good job wayback get more employees like him I will return UPDATE:: I’ve went buy yesterday 6/17/2022 and the service was horrible I wated for about 45 min for a order that they said was about 5-7 min to order it’s like they forgot about my food and my milk shake was so watery it was like drinking a cup of frozen milk my wife got a fountain soda and she had black stuff floating around where is the old crew this new crew needs better training and communication I WILL NEVER GO BACK...

I've been to jakes way back a few times and always been very pleased. Tonight I went to the norwalk location, stood at the desk for nearly five minutes in an empty restaurant for my online order. Eventually, a young boy listening to music with headphones came up. He saw me, but didn't greet me. I greeted him, asked for my food, he gave it to me but said nothing. I told him to have a good night, he again said nothing. My onion rings were ice cold, and I didn't realize until I got home he didn't give me my drink. In a world and economy where a lot of hard working people would be very pleased to have his job, I am especially disappointed. I've never written or called a company with a complaint before, but I felt the experience as a whole was so unsatisfactory , I felt compelled to contact...

I was greeted when I walked in the door, nice. My order was taken, and repeated back to me. My order consisted of chicken tenders, which were not greasy or over-seasoned, perfectly cooked breast meat. The chili cheese fries were hand-cut potatoes with lots of chili and cheese, also not over-seasoned, but very tasty. The shakes (chocolate and strawberry) were made with real ice cream in the traditional way, and we're good also. The prices are reasonable considering everything was made to order. I was asked if everything was ok, and on the way out after we finished our meal got a thank you for coming from staff. They obviously are putting the customer first, because the food and service were above average for this type of restaurant, and...
