I am a great fan of QDOBA Mexican eats. Earlier i used to have the bowl at Chipotle Norwalk but later I started going to QDOBA. . I generally go before to this store before 30 minutes to ensure that employees are not troubled. But today I was late from work being Friday(October 16, 2020) I went to this store at 9:54 PM, agreed that this a bit late but I was helpless and hungry as I returned late from work. I stepped into the store one of the employees over there told me that we are closed. I asked the lady it is not 10:00 PM yet. She said it was 9:54 PM. I was little bit surprised neither I received an apology nor she had any answer for their mistake. I said I have to file a complaint in that case for closing the food pantry before 10:00 PM I didn't get a proper response from her I took the pics of empty pantry and showed it to the employees to make sure that they knew that they were not captured except the empty pantry. I asked for manager still the lady did not call her manager or gave me any details of the owner or manager. I have no other way expect writing a negative review about the store. I have filed a complaint to QDOBA franchise if I don't receive any response I have stop going to this store. I am really disappointment after this experience. All my friends and roommates come here and pic up food on our birthdays but today this experience was really disgusting. Even the shift head was inside but he choose to ignore me talking to his friend/ co-worker inside. I really felt bad that he didn't step forward to at least to know what was wrong. I felt the Friday evening was spoiled. I had adjust with a burger from nearby burger king instead of having a good bowl of QDOBA. REALLY DISGUSTING !!

I ordered my lunch ahead of time and I arrived earlier than my pickup time so I decided to have a seat while the employee helped another customer out. While customer number one walked out another walked in and was picking up as well. Customer number two runs to the bathroom. So I let the employee know I was picking up as well. By then it was the time my ticket said my food would be ready. It wasn’t on the pickup shelf.. it wasn’t even made. The employee told me to give him a second. I go to sit back down. They start speaking Spanish, one employee asks the other if they need help he said he got it. Then they proceed to talk about me in Spanish saying, “ this whole time I’m cleaning and helping customers and she’s just sitting there.” Which why the hell does it matter if I’m sitting or standing? I confront the employee and I guess he was shocked that I understand what he said. We exchanged some words. This was very annoying to deal with! Why are you so comfortable talking about someone out in the open? Was not even trying to be discreet about it. If I didn’t already order my food ahead of time online I would’ve walked out!! I placed a catering order with one of the supervisors on Friday for a Saturday private event for food to be delivered between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Provided my credit card info. Saturday @ 2:45 pm as guests are arriving I reach out and Supervisor on duty informs me they will not deliver the order. Said they called my number. Checked caller id and no calls from anyone on my logs. We asked if they could deliver even small amount and the answer was negative. Received a half hearted apology, but apologies do not feed guests.
