Starbucks — Restaurant in Norwalk

Today was INSANE... I don't know if the store needs more staff or what... but it took 1 hr to complete my order... I order on the app 20 mins prior to arriving at 6:50am... when I got there the place was packed... my order was not ready, so I left to pick up one of my sons friends... came back ( 10 mins later) only 3 of our drinks were ready...We waited... the forth drink wasn't even being made.... it was still about 3 in from being touched... I left AGAIN... to drop kids off at school.... came back about 15/20 mins later... 1 drink was finished... it took anther 15 -20 mins to finish the rest...I finally left at 7:55am.. I get it, when you get busy its hard... BUT... we should at least finish a full order.. before moving on to the next... How does one order take 1 hour to complete!!! ... Owner needs to figure out a solution.. 4 people working on a morning like today is not enough.... because I can tell you the amount of confusion and delays, was out of control, many walked out and I can tell you, they...

From when I first started going to this place in comparison with what’s going on now this place needs to be shut down. Their good staff change maybe two years ago and they brought on board some woman name Jenn as the store manager who obviously had no judgement of character because all the people that she train/hire are idiots. They are always opening late and when you walk in there the workers are always rushing to get things done while the food car would be in the middle is the entrance, the pastry case empty and not just that is also dirty from the day before. I have someone made me a drink twice that’s tasted horrible I literally walked out and will not be spending my money at this place. Some of the girls staff are rude and always have an attitude as if people are asking for free drinks. They are not doing anyone a favor they get pay for their services as we costumers pay for our drinks and food. Avoid and boycott this...

Today was a good day. I feel like the quality of Starbucks everywhere has gone way down but particularly at this location. I did a Mobile order and it was ready when I got there! Unusual for this location. This meant I also wasn't in there long enough to listen to the staff talk to each other while we stand around like trained seals, waiting for our coffee. The staff normally doesn't say thank you or apologize for the wait, which can get really long b/c this location is in a very busy area and is the closest for a lot of people. If I didn't get points on my Starbucks card for buying from them, I wouldn't go here. Jamal is also friendly and smiles so I'll give him recognition.
