ice cream is fine. the worker that was working on the other hand is terrible. her name is ryan and she had some friends there at work with her and when a friend of mine walked in she immediately made a face. the friend of mine walked away to disregard anything from happening any further and ryan (the worker) went up to her friends table and said “oh do i have a story to tell you about her” and had her friends stare at mine the whole time. my friend eventually walked out the shop and went back to the car. the worker and friends got confronted as to someone saying “is there a problem with her being here?” and they all said no and acted as if no words were to be said. i do not believe any worker should disrespect any customer in any way no matter what their past may be. this worker needs to...

So it was 11:00am...temperature outside was 90 degrees. Pretty hot out. I'm driving down cemetery road and see the sign for Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard. I thought to myself I could get a nice small Italian ice. I pulled up and the sign said "Closed". So, why wouldn't a place that has the words "Ice" and "Frozen" be open? Wouldn't it be a really good idea to find the will to put an "extra" sign by the sign you have on cemetery that says "Open Early- Come On Over" and actually be open when it's hot? Wouldn't an owner or manager think to themselves..."hmm it's 90 degrees, we could really do some business....we should be open"? Temperature is now 91 degrees as i'm typing this at 11:30am. I had a really disappointing and honestly gross experience at the Rita’s Ice Cream in Hilliard. I ordered a brownie ice cream. The first worker gave me a brownie ice cream that was completely frozen, another worker just grabbed my brownie with her BARE HANDS.NO GLOVSE.!!!!held it for a moment, and then wiped her fingers on her clothes before continuing to touch my food again—STILL WITHOUT GLOVES. That was extremely unhygienic, disgusting and unacceptable.
