Normally our family loves Little Caesars and order often. We were trying to order from the one in Hanover Park and when we placed the order it transferred our order to this one. My fiance tried calling the number right away so we can cancel and replace the order at the correct location. When we called we got a general ordering line where they told us they can't cancel the order and we had to be transferred to the store, my fiance sits on hold for 20 minutes before the line just disconnects. He calls back right away and explains the situation again and how the line disconnected and the employee told us that, that can happen and if it does to just call back. They again say they cannot cancel the order and transfer us to the store, where we sit on hold for another 25 minutes when the line again disconnects. We call back for a 3rd time and the employee again tells us they can't cancel it and we have to talk to the store. We know that if the food is made they will charge us for it and the employee agrees that is what would happen. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. It should not be that difficult to cancel an order immediately after placing it. I can't say we will be ordering again or recommending Little Caesars...
Read moreThis place needs a new manager or someone that has common sense at least. The food is ok, most of the time. Just plan to be there a while during busy times. Several times, I called ahead, got there, they gave my Pizza to a customer that had walked in behind me, and didn't even know what he wanted. Also several times, several different employees, did not know how to give change when I handed them the exact amount, without having to lay it on the counter and count it 3 times. Then, another time, they knew I was waiting again, pulled the pizza out of the oven, trying to rush it, because they knew I was frustrated, and gave it to me way under cooked. I can't bad rap them, they really do try, there is just something missing upstairs. I wish them all well. They are nice, just seems like a grammer school bake sale. It just happened again, while I'm typing this. Gave one of my pizzas away to a walk in, because my crazy bread was not ready yet, had to wait 8 more minutes. I give up on this place. They are fine if u just walk in and grab whatever is ready. BUT, if you have an actual order, good luck....20 minutes this trip,...
Read moreI’m not very happy right now. We needed something fast for dinner and we decided on little Caesars pizza pizza! Isn’t that their slogan? This was definitely not good at least for me. Maybe it’s good for children because they don’t know any better What’s good pizza and what isn’t. This pizza was dry no sauce on it and in my opinion, downright horrible! You order online and you go to their pizza portal and put in a number and pops out your order. OK I get that. It’s fast. It’s easy you go in your order is ready. You don’t need even need to communicate with anyone. This was definitely not worth it and I don’t care if it was free. I like to think I’m usually pretty fair and reasonable and I thought well maybe I’m having a bad night and this made it worse. Even their crazy bread was dry and hard. Maybe it wasn’t me having a bad night maybe it was the pizza cook, because obviously something went wrong with this order. Now here’s the real question would I go back...
