My first impression was pleasant with the first lady at the counter that told me about the first time discount. She told i can save it for another time. As I was able to enter to the 2nd counter I guess Esteban felt differently after me being able to use it lady. " So ya they really press to use it the day the account is created." I feel after telling what the first lady told me he should have had the sense to honor it. Because now I'm getting different set of opinions on first time account created.
