Awful experience. Have been here before for Wednesday wing special and had a great experience but this recent experience was awful. I don't know if it was just this particular waitress but she was the worst waitress I have ever dealt with. Started with waiting for the menu for about 30 minutes. I asked for it more than once. Then I ordered and asked for no onions in my wrap and it came with the onions. A friend at my table ordered nachos which really shouldn't take long but he didn't get them when the rest of our food came. The waitress didn't even apologize and she asked twice if he still wanted them. Been waiting for the nachos for 20 minutes and counting since the last time she asked if he still wanted them. Took forever for our drinks. Overall, everything took forever and things were forgotten and messed up. The waitress looked like she wanted to leave her job that second. Had no personality and looked very unhappy to be working. Also, she didn't apologize once for any of the mistakes and for the extremely long wait. I don't know how this even happened. Shouldn't the manager check on everything and handle these kinds of situations? I don't know why we are even paying for anything...
Read moreFirstly, I really want to say thank you to the staff at Mullens! A huge shout out to Jennifer especially! She wore many hats the night of our event and was absolutely incredible! We are still talking about how amazing the service was the entire evening! We had a 65th birthday get-together for my aunt (who I may add is on a wheelchair). We anticipated 15 to 20 people but it ended up turning into 25 to 30. Jennifer took care of every single person with kindness, attentiveness and charisma. She busted her butt! Not only was the entire staff extremely helpful, but everyone was so accommodating and easy to do business with. Mullens made the night memorable for my aunt and for all who came to celebrate her that day. Drinks were great, food was delicious and service was exceptional! Had an issue with overcharging my debit card once had to calls 4 times just to get my issue straighten out , for them to tell me they cant refund my card only give me cash like i live 5 minutes away -_- that's strike 1 Strike 2 was when i went with my manager and a group of co-workers for a farewell of one of us and the server gave us one of the worst service i have ever experienced she was throwing plates going over peoples food to hand drinks she forgot a few drinks she also never bothered to bring out forks or plates what am i suppose to do eat my food with my bare hands?? Then she comes up with an excuse saying we didn't even tip when we weren't even done with our food. Do u know what cash is ?? Do you have to get your tips via debit cards?! Uh no honey And that brings me to strike 3 today's lovely experience. Worst service ever. I regret leaving a tip.
