Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

I got the new ny style pizza, which came out exactly the same as their normal pizza, they probably are supposed to spread the crust thinner or use less but essentially they gave me a large pizza with no difference than their normal pizza. There was also a generous amount of crust around the edges. I think this is just a technical failure from papa johns, it’s not ny style thin crust. It also wasn’t very crispy and cheese was meh. I want to be fair so I’m giving three stars because I’m sure someone likes this but it did not live up to the advertised...

Just ripped me off. Way past the estimated delivery time. I call the store, they stated the driver said no one answered the call. I told the person answering the phone that was a lie. Then they said the driver would be back at my home in 10 mins. I said it better be a new pizza, not a cold one. They place is a joke.

From now on I'll just walk across the street...

Had a pepperoni pizza delivered and the pizza was cold, cheese barely melted and the butter dipping sauce had condensation like it was just pulled out of a refrigerator. I get that it's a late night order, but your pizzas are not cheap and this was not worth it. I would have been happier taking it tortilla and melting cheese on it. I will never order from Papa...
