Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Novi

The only good thing about the place here is the food, when it cooked, otherwise you're not getting much from the place.

I'm only writing a review now because of how different the service was today then from a few weeks ago.

A few weeks before i went there with my mom and we asked if they were out of the mini hot dogs pretzels and if they were going to make more since we didn't see them in the window and the worker Sam who was "helping" us was acting like they would whether be somewhere else and didn't want to put the effort in finding out let alone make anymore. (be one thing if they had a cut off time for that product but it was never mention nor no signs saying so and no it wasn't as if the mall was closing or anything.)

Sam then proceeds to talk smack right in front of us to another worker that was ringing us up and complaining about us wanting the mini hotdog pretzels after we decided to get something else from there. Left annoyed with the service.

We came back today and decided to try again since we wanted some cinnamon buns. Sam was still working there but the vibe was different as it look like the manager/owner was there today. So everyone there was on their "better behavior".

Unless the manager is there everyday you're going to get shit service.

Would not recommend going there ever Until they get a change in employees or management do...

The lady that attended to us did so with her mouth full of food making it hard to understand her. We got our original pretzel and was expecting a pretzel, not a greasy croissant. You could squeeze the pretzel and grease would pour out. Also, the coke was low on carbonation. It had the syrup so it tasted like coke, however it had no carbonation making it feel and taste weird. There was also a hair in the pretzel that looked and tasted like a croissant. It even fell apart like one. This is one croissant I’m okay with...

Auntie Annie’s pretzels do not taste the same. There is a weird after taste, it taste very chemically. I’m not sure if it’s the baking soda…butter…non stick spray or what but it’s awful. This is sad bc their pretzels used to be the best part of going to the mall. Not anymore, I won’t be back.
