West Oak Shopping Center has some pretty good store options.

The parking lot was spacious enough to find a spot without having to drive around like a maniac, and the variety of stores and restaurants was impressive. I mean, they had everything from Home Depot to a Thai restaurant to a Starbucks. What more could a person want?

Sure, the layout of the strip mall was a little weird, but I managed. And the people-watching was pretty entertaining too. You never know what you're going to see in a shopping center.

We to the Lands end store. Went to get a good quality jacket for my grand daughter. I prechecked inventory before going for the size i was looking for specifically. The salesman there said they just sold the kids jacket I was looking for. I said really, cause the store opened 2 minutes ago????? He claimed it was a phone order. So I asked if the quality of service is better and faster over the phone since they apparently sold the jacket prior to the store opening! I asked if he would check inventory, which he did, and low and behold the only jacket in the size and color was there. Didn't like being treated...

Yesterday I sent my husband to Value City furniture in NOVI, to purchase a sofa for the basement. I instructed him to ask for the best & the only Salesperson I EVER work with exclusively, named Cynthia Wright-T. She is knowledgeable and was able to aid him in finding the perfect item without being overcharged.

Cynthia possess integrity and is not arrogant or pushy. Keep in mind, I was just there last week and purchased over $2400 for our youngest daughter, as she moves into her 1st place. Fortunate to have caught their black Friday sale.
