I was here for a private event while they were open to the public in the same space. The good news is the food was good and the staff was friendly. Maybe how our event was set up there was no wait staff to clean up tables or take our drink order. At one point their were so many dishes at our table I started to take our plates to the bar. Again it may have been the way the event set up the evening. There was a steady flow of food in a open buffet. The staff behind the bar was friendly.

The parking was far from the building which felt a little unsafe to walk alone that far. No the bars fault. Weird design of the complex.

The not so great- Because we had about 50 to 75 people in a small space all talking. Everyone was talking even louder to talk over the music. The music was too loud. And it was not great music for the space just loud holiday music. It was as if someone was playing music as a live band it was so loud. This caused guest standing right next to each other to have to huddle close and yell to hear each other. You could not talk at a conversation level. As there were multiple competing sounds. The AV system is also not great for private parties. I believe whoever is in charge of music, dude please read the room. Our entire event was people talking and networking and walking around. At one point the music was turned up even louder. Most of the guest were already mostly over 50. The folks at my table said the fact they had to yell every word reminded them of being in a dance nightclub back in the day. But this place is not a night club or dance club. Several folks were ready to leave because they were just tired of yelling every word. So my only advice is please choose a level that makes the music fade into the back ground, not compete with your guests discussions. No one in the building should have noticed the music. It was not a live concert. The way to check is to ask the guest do you here this song and of they sat they can barely hear it, then your at a good level. The conversation alone 75+ people is enough to fill a space without competing with really bad music over taking the space. I'm young and i agreed with our older guest.

Went in last night with a group of 6 people. We ordered drinks and two barbarian pretzels for the table. The first round of drinks and pretzels came out in a reasonable time. The pretzels themselves and two of the dips were really good. The greenish sauce however tasted like a mix of cleaning products and weird spices. We put an order in for food and a second round of drinks. About 15 minutes pass before we get our drinks, which several were wrong. Over an hour passed before we got our food. All of our plates were warm but all of our food was cold. My friends hoagie looked like it had been sitting for 30+ minutes. Our fries were well on their way back to their original frozen state. Pizza looked like it was ordered from Little Caesars. Overall food quality was a hair better than fast food but priced like it was homemade. None of us bothered sending it back or complaining because we were all ready to leave by then. Finally got the bill and what should have been 4 checks turned into 6 and none of them were even close to correct. Each check had items that nobody at our table ordered. Waited another 15 minutes for the waiter to fix those and they still weren't right. We just ended up cashapping eachother after figuring out everyone's correct total.
