Im not even sure where to start with this night mare. We Called to book our annual holiday party for January a month in advance like we have for the past 4 years at that establishment. We were informed that we had to purchase a 100.00 gift card to hold the enclosed patio area, something we never had to do in the past. We purchased and they would not let us take them we had to leave them till the day of. They claimed that this was a corporate policy. I later found out management lied to us. So our reservation was for 7pm. We get there at 6:30 and the patio was full of guests. I approach the manager (Nate) at at 6:58 and he says well its not 7 yet (Whatever,awesome customer service). We finally get in and comfortably seated at 7:24. We had made reservations to play wirley ball at 9 so we are now tying to order and be out (40 of us) in an hour and a half. They provide us one waitress (Mind you they pushed down my throat that they do the 100.00 gift card cause they staff for parties and no one shows well apparently they lied about that too) and a floating waiter that shows up every 25 minutes. from the time the food started to come out till the last plate (not everyone even got their order) it was 33 minutes. Peoples food was cold and some were eating with a knife from a person that had silverware but wasn't using it cause we couldn't seem to get silverware. Both bathrooms were out of toilet paper and towels. The trash was literally all over the floor flowing out into the common area. When I showed them the mess their response was "oh we haven't been to this side of the building yet" A complete lie he was standing at the hostess stand 10 minutes prior facing that direction witch is about 15 feet from him. I shot photos and videos of all along with how management handled our multiple issues and Nate the manager said he was going to sue me if i posted anything, to funny!! Well brig it on Nate your all over social media with your diresptful actions along with your partner. One of the couples in our group not only didn't get their food but waited over 15 minutes for the tab. They were so outraged they left. Nate and the other manager (young colored man cant remember his name I think it was Josh) Both who were complete disrespectful children (putting it very mildly) approached me and told me they were going to call the police and file a charge on him. I paid the bill and after i looked at it i ended up paying for the food they never received as well. So even after all the major issues they took it there. I then called corporate Sunday morning with our several concerns. The lady said ill send you a 50.00 gift card and have upper management call you. We are so sorry for the experience. she sent me a 25.00 gift card and never even got a call back, par for the course i guess. This experience was worse than horrible and those 2 managers,,,,, TERRIBLE!!! They should be in a field that isolates them from any responsibility and public relations as it is clear they cant handle them.. We will never visit a Buffalo wild wings again!!!! They really upset 40 people. And social media is an amazing thing to make people aware.

Read moreIf it was possible, I would give this Buffalo Wild Wings a negative "0". My family and I went to the BWW in Novi, Michigan after welcoming the homecoming of my first beautiful granddaughter. It had been along day and everyone wanted something to eat and by it being just after midnight BWW was thought to be the go to first. Boy, was we wrong. They said, seat yourself and we did, in the only section that was open. Mind you my daughter is a time keeper, so after we sat 5mins a waitress come to the table never introduce herself and ask what can I get you to drink. All we wanted was water since we only had one menu to be shared between 4 people. I asked for another menu and was told there's only 1 menu per table. "WOW". 12 minutea later our water arrives. She disappears to the table two seats behind us. Now its another 10minutes when she comes back to take our order, a simple order of 20 hot wings fries, 3 crispy tenders with fries, a crispy chicken wrap with fries, burger with everything and fries. 2 drinks were then ordered, which were 2 cherry limeades in a togo cup. Now she off to place the ordered, but before it's placed back to the table behind us forva friendly chat and shared laughter before they're walked to the door for a goodbye. So that leaves 3 tables left for her to wait along with a guy who sweeping around us and assisted her with another table were there was on two people. The last table had 2 people also and they got up went to the waiter station and got their own menus before the waitress even served them they're water that was just sitting at the station. 22 minutes later no cherry limeade no food, that's when we to the bar where the drinks were supposed to be made, by the way there's no alcohol in these beverages, but low and behold there sat 2 togo cups at the end of the bar for pickup. Oh wow! Finally the bartender returns and we ask for our drinks and by chance she walked over to the end of the counter opened the lids and said, " this looks like them", I have had it by this time and ask for a manager. While waiting for a manager a guy comes from the kitchen and brings our food to the table. Still standing with the 2 limeades in our hands he said, " you need a manager, I replied, yes. I was floored when he said he was the manager. First because a manager should be neat in appearance and recognizable, not the case here. I explained our dissatisfaction while the whole time the waitress stood there and observed the conversation. Compensation for a late dinner gone wrong was to remove the 2 limeades from our bill and whopping $5 dollars off the rest of the bill, which still had the final bill at $44.52. Now the chicken tenders were fried crispy and dried out, the chicken wrao had 1 crispy tender in the middle and a side salad it looked like rolled up in what could have passed for a paper plate. Read moreI wasn't going to leave a review because sadly it's only going to lead to more of a damper on you guys reviews...but with the service I recieve whether I'm doordashing as a dasher or customer ...the customer service is trash! What makes it worse is that sometimes the food is trash too which leaves no room for an actual star rating. Not even 1 star. So I came in today to pick up my online order I notices they moved the shelf for doordash/online orders.
So I waited at the counter and could here people talking, so I said I'll wait until someone walks up. So two females walk up one young one old both Caucasian females look at me then walk away. I get it you might be working on a task but don't choose the hospitality/customer service field if you not going to give 100% customer satisfaction ! Period!
So I still wait at the counter and turn around the one female looks and smiles still continues to do what she was doing. Like I said I get it you working but when you see a customer YOUR JOB IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEM AND HELP THEM.. it takes two seconds to just ask if someone needs or had been helped?
This location WHEN IT FIRST OPENED was the best new it's not at all even when I do doordash it's horrible just trying to pick up orders..simple but the employees make it hard.
Honestly this location needs a entirely new staff and manage on ALL SHIFT because even before covid the service was going down hill so I don't want to hear the whole pandemic /covid excuses that these restaurants use claiming they have "no help".
Like I said it was 2:30pm when I arrived to pick my order up not busy at all I only saw two or three tables filled and it's THURSDAY come on do better ! No way after actually being seen that no one of them female servers workers whatever they positions is , couldn't have just simple asked did I need help. I noticed after observing the order shelf had been moved to the entrance of the kitchen marked "employees only"... that's when I saw my bag finally but i didnt just wanna go back there breaking they rules....Then the cook noticed me & had to call the older female worker to help me...
She looked at me as if I was a burden so I said out loud "my order is right there on the shelf I see yall too busy so I'll grab it" then instead of her actually stopping for a second to get it for me she said "OK you can grab it" like what type of employee says dumb stuff like that?!
As I stated before IT TAKES TWO SECONDS to ask someone if the need help or been helped or to just grab they order for them ...why is customer service so horrible here and why is nothing being done about it.?
I will be going to corporate this is horrible and the only reviews don't make it better seeing just 3 months ago someone complained about not only the food but service and not being acknowledged...
