On August 1st i was refused service at this location. I may never order from this Jets again after this experience,and i am someone who orders 2x a week from this location. Heres what happened. I was driving home and phone had died so i couldnt call ahead. I arrived at jets at 9:45 pm they close at 10. I have been the last customer before as recently as two weeks prior. So i walk in and no employees are present. The open sign is on the lights are on and the oven is still on i see the belt moving and the heat rising from the opening. So i shout Hello several times still nobody. Pace around the lobby knock on the employee door no response. Five minutes go by finally at 950 pm a woman comes to the front and asks if im picking up i say no looking to place an order she gives me a dirty look so immediately i say just a jet boat with pepperoni. She says let me go ask my manager i tell her ive been her waiting 5 minutes tell him i just want a jet boat and i have been here 5 minutes. So she walks away The jet boat is the 2nd easiest item to make on the menu behind a jet bread. I used to work at a jets years ago. The process takes 60-90 seconds plus 7-8 minutes to roll through the oven. She comes back saying we dont want to take anymore orders tonight. I say i was here at 945 ive waited 5 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. She says well sorry we close at 10pm. At least she said sorry. I then say 945 is not 10 o clock and just walk away very disappointed. I do not believe i should have been refused service showing up during business hours. Also waiting 5 minutes at the counter to get greeted while multiple people are working is unacceptable I hate to post this but i felt hurt and kind of betrayed as i am a loyal customer who always choose jets first when it was time to order pizza for me...
Read morePHIL HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Our company ordered pizzas that were delivered. When I opened the boxes 3 out of the 6 pizzas we bought were all bunched up in the front of the box. I had to straighten them out leaving part of the pizza with just dough. It was like the driver made a QUICK BREAK, and all the pizza scrunched up in the front of the box. We also did not receive salad dressings that were put on the order in the instructions part.
So I called to let them know (I don't think it was a Jets driver, possibly a doordasher). I spoke to Phil who offered to bring us more pizzas, and I said that was ok don't worry about it. We hung up. Phil CALLED ME BACK! Said he would like to make us more pizzas and have them sent out right away.
Now mind you, this is lunchtime in a REALLY busy area, so I know Phil was slammed with orders. They got here with the new pizzas super quick and un-mushed!

Read moreDear everyone and anyone considering or have previously ordered, I've been an inside employee at jets pizza for two and a half years, I would like you all to know at certain times especially lunch and dinner time we are super busy and we try our hardest to satisfy everyone, mistakes are made but we try to keep you happy in every way we possibly can, we do not over cook our pizzas, they are all cooked at the same time and pace as all the others, the idea that the pizza would be in the "hot box" for a long period of time depends on the customer being there to pick it up in the 20 minutes we recommend, as for deliveries that varies on how many drivers we have on staff and how many delivery orders have been placed.
