The assistant manager Yessica I believe was rude. I bought through uber eats showed my order and she said someone picked it up without showing the order on their phone. Yessica told me to call Uber I was like no. She called her general manager and made the order with attitude after saying we loose money for this! This is not my fault you did not check to see that someone came in and stole and order by looking at the names and showing no proof. She did not apologize and went back to another employee to discuss before making it. The other employee apologized and was sweet. I forgot her name. I order from Beyond Me in many other locations. I miss the caprese wrap but can get pretty close to it with the build your own wrap options. I recently had an issue with a delivery order which was completely out of Beyond's control. They use a third party for deliveries and that's where the issue took place. I contacted this location and explained what happened, the manager that goes by K told me he would make sure everything was taken care of. I came in today to get my remake smoothie and spoke with Syed, he was very friendly and understanding of the situation, he whipped up an absolute banger of a smoothie for me as we had pleasant conversation. You guys have dropped the ball on me numerous times now and no one even bothers to greet at the door either. Iām never coming back after the mould situation like itās literally hairy and everything.
