McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

The workers need to remember and read what was ordered on the receipt because they forgot 2/4 of the meals I ordered. When I asked for another cup to go with one of my missing meals the male worker @ the register rolled his eyes. He didn’t just roll his eyes at me but at other customers. The service was real slow and the fountain drink stations were dirty. Ketchup everywhere and water leaking from the bottom (slipping hazard; my little brother almost slipped and dropped his drink.) There was a cart of boxes at the table I was sitting at and nobody claimed it. When I looked at what the boxes said I saw that the boxes were opened and were supposed to hold the cups and burger boxes in there. So basically trash that wasn’t thrown away by tables that customers are supposed to eat at. I also see other people saying that the manager doesn’t know what she’s doing, which I kind of agree to seeing that when I went there she was just sitting down on her phone. And are they all supposed to be in uniform ?? Because I saw a few of them including the manager without uniform. Overall the McDonald’s at kapolei’s Walmart...

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! "Short staffed" is a poor excuse for unhealthy and unsanitary conditions!!! Trash overflowing receptacles AND at LEAST 10 bags of trash piled IN THE STORE DINING ROOM AND ON TABLES!!! If there is enough staff to take the time to change out trash bags... they they can spend an extra few minutes to take trash to dumpster! Lazy and poor management! How this place got a pass from health department is beyond me. Walmart worker states it is ALWAYS done this way, so not a rare occasion! FIRE THE MANAGER AND STAFF! VISIT WAS ON 10/20 AND AT 2:01PM! Should be easy enough to figure out who was on shift. Food still arrived at look warm temp and wrong order honestly would have gotten money back if didn't pay with...

Rude service! Asked for crispy, fresh fries and the woman rolled her eyes at me and my girlfriend! On top of that, I greeted with her with Aloha, kindness and blessing! Now you explain to me just how rude is that!!! After we paid for our food, I told her to have an awesome, amazing, wonderful and blessed day and to be safe! Aloha, Mahalo and may Ke Akua=God in Hawaiian bless you and your ohana=family xoxo! I still continued to show her kindness, compassion and understanding after all, I've worked in Manager Positions such as Sear/H&R Block and numerous to name! Many of my friends and ohana have worked at McDonald's and they don't treat customers like that! Shame on...
