Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I know some ppl gonna hate, and other support but I didn't tip my coffee. Sorry I think startbucks employees are better paid than myself and others and I just don't feel like tipping on an already overprice mini $6 coffee but I think that is not a reason to pour 80% ice on the customer cup bc I end up paying $7 for a small cup of ice which I consider a scam. I would promote a law that should be illegal any establishment sell any kind of drink with more than 30% ice. Starbucks is just another place that join this practice but there are so much more out there. I'm sorry Tip culture for me is a plague we need to eradicate because for the greed of the companies employees mad at people instead to fight for better working wages. Japan and Korea don't have tip culture and gastronomy works more than fine. All the tips are just overpricing everything, skipping taxes so we are not helping employees bc they don't get social security or retirement on their base pay of tips. If I could rate this zero, I would. I went to this location today and ordered a grande mango dragon fruit iced refresher which I specifically remember being 4 dollars. I did NOT buy anything else, so I found it pointless to get my receipt. Biggest mistake, but thank god they keep records. Well after getting home and checking my bank statement, I see that the cashier charged me twenty dollars on my debit card. I will be contacting management tomorrow as well as contacting the law enforcement. This is absolutely uncalled for. 10 out of 10 would NEVER RECOMMEND . This Statbucks is not honoring their refill policy. In order get one you must stay in the vicinity according to the girl Barista. She did not mention the circumference or how big this vicinity is and just avoided wanting to refill my drink. So if I got my drink, went to eat at the food court and went back, I can't get a refill?
