Petty/dumb: Drive thru was out yesterday so we went back to try them again today instead. Place my order & when asked what sauces - I gave an exact # my order would need. Was told we could only have 2 sauces per item, I asked to pay for/purchase extras & was informed the order system doesn’t have a button/selection to even allow it. Curious why management would enforce such a stupid rule knowing the system doesn’t allow for a simple solution to purchase more… that leaves employees in an awkward/uncomfortable situation, stuck dealing with unhappy customers due to a rule they didn’t create & one no reasonable solution was provided for them to give. When it was confirmed at the actual window there was no way I could buy extra sauces, my food order had already started to be made but unfortunately I had to cancel it… so that means they wasted food that now has to be trashed, my time/gas to get there, employees time/work/stress level/payroll &&&& GAVE my business/money away to another location. I’m assuming the silly “sauce rule” is in place to cut back on waste/over spend AKA: save the company money… but today it cost them this public review, the cost of the food that was trashed, a corporate complaint filed & my business/payment. I’m positive that cost way more than the 12 sauces that I was willin to PAY FOR. I have had to work behind a counter & think it’s very ignorant on the part of higher ups to not be able to calculate the cost of sauces over lost business lol y’all gave another location money you could...
Read moreI would like to express my disappointment through a 1-star review for Taco Bell, as I found my recent experience to be unsatisfactory. The lack of food on my taco led me to question if this was a deliberate prank or simply a mistake. Despite having encountered a few negative experiences in the past, this particular incident was the tipping point for me. I was shocked by the minimal amount of filling in the paper-thin Doritos Lo’s taco supreme that I ordered. The quality of the two tacos was subpar and unacceptable. If I were in a position of authority, such as a General Manager or a Regional Manager, I would be hesitant to associate this particular store with the brand. In such a scenario, my approach would involve a complete overhaul, including the termination of current staff and a fresh start. It is disheartening to witness such a lapse in product quality being allowed to reach customers. While I sympathize with the potential repercussions of job loss, it is essential for individuals to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Those who fail to meet the standards set by the brand should be replaced by individuals who are committed to upholding the brand's reputation. If i could rate negatively it would be -5 star. I will not patronize this...
Read morePulled up to the drive thru speaker, placed our order, and pulled up to the window. We ordered a #2 supreme (3 soft tacos), a #9 (Mexican pizza & 2 hard tacos), and 2 cheesy roll-ups. The time on our receipt was 6:45pm. At 7:01, we got our food. 16 minutes for 5 tacos, a Mexican pizza & a couple flour tortillas with melted cheese???
And the kicker... the soft tacos were refrigerator cold. Five tacos, 2 cheese roll-ups, a Mexican pizza... and 17 packets of sauce. And after 16 minutes of waiting, we were handed our bag with a "here you go".
We won't even talk about the arguing going on between employees - with the drive thru window wide open - and calling each other MFers. Didn't even apologize or excuse herself once she saw the window was open. She just closed the window, turned around, & kept mouthing off.
Now... all of that said, this location is STILL better than the location 3 miles down the road on Fallon...
