Pizza Hut — Restaurant in O’Fallon

We order from this particular location regularly. We often have problems with the order being wrong - wrong crust or toppings. When we call they will remake the order or apply a credit to our account.

Yesterday was the most dissatisfying experience i've had at this location, and may not be ordering from them again. I placed my order through the app, selecting the deal for a large 3-topping pizza at $14.99, one hand-tossed crust and one thin crust. I also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Melt. First problem, we received two hand-tossed crusts. I was charged $20.01 for each pizza. When I called about the wrong crust and the wrong price, I was told that deals on the app don't apply at their location. WHAT?!? I requested a full refund for the wrong pizza and a $5 refund for the second overcharge. I was told he could only place a credit on my account, which he also told me is not associated with my account on the app, and that I'd have to call back today to ask for a refund. Second problem, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Melt was not at all what we were expecting. We like the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and were expecting that, only folded over as a melt. First time my order never showed up. Called and was told the driver could not find my house so he took the order back to the store. No one thought to call the number on my account instead they just left the food undelivered. Said they would bring the order but it would be another hour. (Keep in mind I live in a neighborhood less than a mile from the store AND my address was correct on the order the driver just got lost). Total time from order to finally getting food was over two hours! Tried to order from here again tonight and the wrong pizza was delivered as well as only one order of breadsticks. After calling and speaking with an extremely rude employee was offered a small credit to my account. Ummm, that does nothing to feed the hungry kids NOW. Finally he agreed to bring the correct order but not before rudely telling me we were not allowed to eat the already delivered pizza because he wants it back. That's fine, we don't want it but it's your screw up so don't be rude to me! Will never order from this location again. I would rather get carry out from another Pizza Hut or delivery from an entirely different...

Just picked up a large pepperoni, mushroom pizza at the Ofallon pizza hut take out on highway K. Don't bother going there, you will be dissapointed. Ordered online, said 15 minutes., took almost an hour. Sat in the dirty little pickup area for over 30 minutes while the girl at the counter kept saying "it's in the oven"... someone else finally came out and said its been done for awhile, the counter girl just didn't see it. She apologized and offered some free soda (I didn't take it). She also said I could come back for $25 worth of pizza in the next 30 days. I said thanks and left with my pizza. I probably wouldn't have minded the mistake, except when I got home to eat the pizza, it was terrible. I ordered extra cheese, was hardly any cheese. The worst part is that is wasn't fully cooked. The crust was mostly just wet dough. I tossed it in the trash. Not going back even for the free $25 makeup pizza. Don't bother going there, you will not...
