Subway — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I LOVE subway... but this location has really stupid employees. The place is clean but the employees are not well trained. The guy puts on gloves, but doesn’t wash his hands. So who knows what germs were transferred from his hands to the gloves when he put them on. Then I asked for eggs, he gets the eggs and puts them on the counter. Not on my sandwich or on a paper.... on the counter. If he does that to my eggs, you know he has done that before... so who knows what other contamination is already on the counter from pst food he just laid there. I asked for new eggs. Then he dropped the knife into the bucket of teriyaki chicken which gets sauce on it... and proceeds to pick it up and use it to cut the new eggs I just asked him to get for me. Really? He didn’t even wash the knife off or wipe off the teriyaki sauce. Why would I want teriyaki sauce on my eggs? And again... if this is what I have seen... what else has he done that I haven’t seen? Then he puts tomato’s on my sandwich that are bad. I asked him if he would eat those tomatoes he just put on my sandwich. He says “no”. Then why did he put them in my sandwich. I could tell they were bad from behind the counter. No way he didn’t notice when he picked them up and put them on my sandwich. Another few customers come into the store... and the other employee just ignored them and proceeded to stock...

I don't care how much you hate your job, don't ever let the customers know how un happy you are to make the food they will be EATING! I go in there around 9:20 pm noting the doesn't close until 10 pm. I walk in and the two ladies are cleaning which is normal in my opinion but they immediately come to a dramatic hault when we walk in. Most of the time one girl is standing out of sight whilst the other girl is staring her down shaking her head and laughing to herself. Then when asked to help the girl making the food ring us up she stormed over to the register not saying one word the whole time. also I noticed that the food in their make table didn't appear to be leaving the table for the evening... All the containers have lids on them that wouldn't seal all the way and they're being as careful as possible not to spill a crumb cuz God forbid they have to re clean something. So then we'll jump to this morning when I woke up at 4 am running to the bathroom to puke my brains out. Not only does this location hire employees with poor attitudes they're also not following health codes. So I will NEVER eat at this location again. Eat fresh my ass! More like eat the slimy food from the day before. I will be contacting corporate with my concerns and the health department....

Well id have to say this is the first time I felt the need to leave a review for anything in my life I went to this subway tonight around 8:30 pm as soon as I walked in the guy at the register was shaking his head and I asked him if they had time to make a few sandwiches and the lady working there said yes he was very rude the entire time I was in there and throwing stuff around acting like a child was cussing under his breath I will not go back to this place I did not eat my sandwiches and will be returning there in the morning to get my money back I'm driving 45 minutes to make a point to this kid just because it late doesn't mean you can treat customers with no respect the hours are till nine so if your in there and it not past nine make the food and be happy you have a job I understand it was late but first thing I said was if it could be done in the first place and was nice about it so for you guys that go there be prepared for a person that is not going to be happy and very rude worst subway I've ever been too it's sad but I I her a tip and him three pennies so maybe next time be happy or don't work at a place that says your...
