Used the app and tried to submit my order. Every time I hit the bag/cart it tossed me out. Tried numerous times. Husband and I drove down to the restaurant. Showed them exactly what the app was doing. The young man told me to call customer service and report it. The woman who's tag said Assistant Manager, Mel, told me I could place the order but I couldn't get the fries for $1 because the register isn't set up for them. So I placed my order and he gave me the total. I said No the sliders are $1 on the app. The Asst Mgr, Mel, said No they are $2.49. I told her if Arby's App was working they would be $1. I'm not paying that much more for something that is cheaper on the app. I asked to speak to the Manager. She said I am the Manager. I said You are the Assistant. I want to speak to the Manager. She told me The Manager was at home and she wasn't calling him. I asked for the Managers name. She refused to give it to me and was down-right rude. This Assistant Manager needs training in customer service. No respect! I have many other choices and will let my family and friends know not to patronize this restaurant. It's not the customers fault the App doesn't work. Prices...
Read moreThis is only the 2nd time I have had occasion to visit this Arby's, and I have had notably good experiences both times. One does not necessarily expect politeness and customer service, particularly over the intercom, at fast food restaurants. The employees are usually not well compensated for their time, and it comes out in their attitude towards their job. That was not the case here. Both times the woman who took my order was polite and accommodating. The first time I remember opening my sandwich and thinking that it had been done by a "sandwich artist." As good as roast beef sandwiches are, nowadays you're lucky if half the meat is actually /in/ the bun when you receive it. This was perfect. This time, not only were the sandwiches neat, but when I asked for a "half-and-half" soda (which is usually something I don't even bother trying for in the drive-through) the response was, "I got you." She really went above and beyond when she handed me the soda and asked me to check to make sure she had the ratio right. I hope this lady's boss is reading this and realizes that they have a -gem- in her. Whenever I have to go to my doctors office down the road, I will be stopping...
Read moreUpdate 06/29/23: Again, it didn't suck - much. This time they had a throw back price of Five Regulars for $5.00 which was nice. I also splurged for one of their Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers, which I was not too impressed with, really. First, whenever I go to an Arby's I'm not going to really be in the mood for a burger because I have shaved pieces-parts of roast beef on my mind. Then, I found out they do not contain all Wagyu burger meat ~ they are 51% American Wagyu and 49% Ground Beef - I'm sure they don't fudge on those percentages, right? Then, they absolutely drenched the thing with their version of "Burger Sauce" which I guess I could say was almost okay tasting, but just way too much of it, so much of it I think it cooled off the burger patty. Oh well, probably won't do that again. Other than all of that, I also splurged and got one of their Half-Pound Roast Beef sandwiches which was really good! Visit 11/15/22: It did not suck. They were the most courteous and polite drive-through staff I have ever encountered at the Ryan Road store. It was a...
