I used to come here all the time when I first got my license and a job, I did stop for a while to save money but I just recently just came back. I don't know why I haven't made a review yet but here we are. First my coffee had no flavoring in it and it was very very bitter like the roast was over brewed. The last time I came here, not counting this time, I got a bad coffee and saying that is the only thing I had that day I got food poisoning from spoiled milk. This time I was in class and I felt a chunk of something in my mouth and I almost threw up. I picked the thing out of my mouth and it was just a black blob of something. I have no Idea what it could be because it has no taste to it. I'm repulsed by this. I don't even want to finish my coffee now. Ever since the staff changed the service has been really slow and even this morning I waited close to 15 minutes for 3 coffee's, now that might not seem like a long time but I got the most generic 3 coffees (iced vanilla latte). I haven't heard any bad things about the sparked energy drinks or the other things on the menu, only the coffee. Most of time it seems they are understaffed or that they just don't care, they are also on their phones a lot. The food is fine but my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich there maybe 2 months ago and as he was eating it the bread just got harder and harder to the point he could only eat the inside of the sandwich and not the bread. Read moreJust witnessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lady came inside the store & brought back the wrong donuts she received through the drive-thru. She gave the MANAGER THEM BACK. I’m talking the GENERAL MANAGER AS SEEN IN PIC. Then the manager proceeded to put all of them back! So unsanitary! What if the customer grabbed all the donuts and (not saying she would) but “did stuff” to them!!!!!!!???? He then gave her the new, correct ones. Why didn’t his CHEAP A just give her new ones instead of taking the old ones and putting them back? Penny Pincher to the fullest. This owner seems like he is BEYOND cheap. After this incident, I’m dumbfounded. & DISGUSTED. For some reason: I don’t trust foreign owned & operated......... I have my reasons............... Also, they have been advertising the “pull tab coupons” on the large drinks. For awhile now, I’ve been ordering a large just for them. Read moreI was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. At first I thought they just worked slow here, but when I finally got to the window I realized there was only ONE woman working. She was working both drive thru and lobby orders the best she could. I felt bad about being frustrated at first! She made my drink super good and got both my food items out to me in time. I wish I got her name because she was so nice and so levelheaded - she was working the morning of 8/26.
Her working alone on a Friday morning reflects badly on management and the store owner. Your business is clearly in trouble and the singular employee working was getting the heat from it which isn't fair at all. If you're short staffed, it's your responsibility as a leader to be stepping in and helping, otherwise you'll continue getting 1 star reviews and people will choose Starbucks...
