I've given up on this location and will take the extra few minutes to go the 76th Street location instead. Twice I've visited with my husband and twice they have been out of orange chicken (and many other things as well). The first time, about a month ago, we arrived about 5 minutes before closing. I was frustrated that all that the only things left were rice and veggies. Since were not the only ones walking in at that time, I thought the staff might be willing to prepare more food, but they said the fryers were already cleaned for the night. The second visit, yesterday, my husband and I joked that we'd finally get to eat the orange chicken we missed out on last time. We arrived at 8pm, a full 1.5 hours before closing, and the food line was missing many items. I got excited seeing that there was one serving or so left of orange chicken, figuring I'd get a fresh batch. As someone working the drive thru scooped the last bit and I went to order, I was told they were out and not making any more because it was slow (!!!). I couldn't believe it. This has got to be the worst location I've ever visited in terms of service. I actually called over to the the 76th Street location before driving over there, just to make sure they'd have everything from the menu prepared and that employee stated that they couldn't believe the Oak Creek location had so few items left, an hour and a half before closing. Who wants to drive there only to have to worry about whether or not this fast food place will have it's full menu at a given time of day?...
Read moreI've never had such an awful experience at any other PE I've been to. I was told to park in front so the super greens could be cooked, a three minute wait. I waited 15 minutes when finally someone came out and didn't know what car to go to. I waved and said "I think that's mine" but then a car honked their horn and he turned around and gave them the food. One minute later that person brought the bag back inside. So I proceeded to go inside and the young lady holding the bag asked if this was mine, I said I don't know what's in there, but here is my receipt. She gives me the food and says "I lost the receipt so we didn't know what car you were in." Well why didn't you look? That's the whole point of the drive thru, to not have to go inside 20 minutes later looking for all of your food. When I got home with all the food, all of the rice is paste. Just awful and inedible. I've traveled longer distances than the entire time it took me to deal with this restaurant, and the rice has been delicious. I could have used this to hang paintings or wallpaper. As most of you know, rice is the majority of a plate, so when you can't eat the majority of your meal, you wasted a lot of money and food. Read morePossibly the worst Panda express ive ever eaten was charged a extra fee for shrimp that would have been ok if I had not gotten like 5 of them I mean it was suppose to be a "main" not a side and they were not that big plus they were ether over or under cooked im not to sure but they were not cooked right the texture of the shrimp itself was off.Also got the orange chicken it was dry and had very hard bits in it. This was at about 5:30 so dinner rush no clue why the food still tasted like it was breakfast left over at prime time.???.and the eat in portions are over all small felt like they purposely skimped as ive been to other panda expresses and its nothing like this. It was so bad even my dog didn't want to touch her little plate we tried to give her yeah she loves human food not this time!!..Thats prob a good thing though as I actually felt physically ill before we left in the bathroom im thinking it was from the weird shrimp witch by the way the bathroom was very nice and clean..lmao Wish they would put as much effort into actually running the food end of the place as well but then again it looked like no one there was over 17 so I guess its to be expected service was borderline they didn't wanna be there and it shown big time over all so disappointing 24 bucks down the drain we left hungry and feeling ill not good...
