A while back (pre-Covid) BWW transitioned from their well-known paper 'boats' for serving food, to metal trays. What this means is that 95% of the time (at least at this location) your food is served cold or is cold within about 3 minutes of arriving at your table. Strike 1. Back in January we had an offer for 6 free wings, for my birthday. My husband went to pick up the order placed for 6 traditional wings. Got home and .... they were boneless wings. We cannot eat the boneless wings (as delicious as they are) due to the gluten. DIdn't want to wait another hour for 6 wings so had to chuck them. At that point I left poor feedback via the app and the store management reached out to me via email to ask for my home address to send us some coupons for free 6-wings meals for both me AND my husband. Fantastic, how generous! Except.....I emailed my home address, never heard back, and never received anything at all. Strike 2. In June we were there 2x and both times the grill was down This means a huge chunk of their menu is not available for purchase. Based on current reviews here on Google it appears the grill is STILL down (would not surprise me - when we asked during our 6/24 trip the waitress shocked us by saying it would probably be down until early to mid-August)....I just tried 2x to call them to ask about the status of their grill. After 2mins, 22 seconds on hold their automated phone system tells you that there is no one available to answer your call and then hangs up on you. Strike 3 (and 4). I'm done. Will never go back to this poorly managed location that clearly doesn't value or want my business. I've been eating at BWW locations for nearly 20 years, and I'll gladly drive up to 25 miles away to give my business to locations under management/ownership of someone else, who knows how to follow through on promises to customer, understands that having a grill down for 6-7 weeks is incredibly damaging to their business, and learns to answer the damn phone.
Edit to add, from my husband: he ordered for pickup sometime in April and when he arrived home discovered he was given completely unseasoned fries. That's not incredibly appetizing, and by the time you get home with a takeout order your food is getting cold - just how things work - so trying to season them at home while they are getting cold doesn't work - the salt/pepper don't stick. What are we up to now - strike 5?...
Read moreOn a Thursday a group of family members wanted to meet up and get together to eat out for two of our birthdays. I realized we were 11 of us and wanted to give this location a call to make sure they had the tables and servers and not just come in suddenly expecting to get seated. The lady had told us it was BOGO day but that at the time we requested it was okay and that although they weren’t sure if they were gonna be busy, she was sure it would be fine and would take only maybe 15 minutes to get us seated. So of course, we all headed out with some of us arriving first. My brother and I went in to check in with the host and he told us there was tables available but we would have to be seated separately all over the restaurant. We had explained that wasn’t ideal since it was birthdays and we wanted to cut a mini cake for all of us to enjoy. We told him that we could wait until there’s tables open and that I had just called a little before to make sure it was okay and they said yes. He then left to get his manager and the manager came off as very rude and straight to the point saying, “There’s no tables. We aren’t serving you and there is no outside food allowed here (our mini cakes). Have a good day.” That was the first and only thing he said literally not letting us even say a word! There was no reason why he handled that situation the way he did, even though we told them it was okay to wait for a couple tables to open up. It sucked because everyone had already arrived and took about 15-20 minutes on the road just for them to kick us out. We have loved every experience we’ve had at BW3 in oak creek so this really hurt us. We went to BW3 in Milwaukee on 27th street as a last minute resort and we expected them to give us the same treatment but to our surprise it was such a good experience. They sat us right away, service was great, and on top of that the manager there came up to our tables and asked if he could bring us a knife and plates for our cake instead of telling us it wasn’t “allowed”! Don’t expect to get good service when you go in groups at the Oak Creek Location! This location’s service is going downhill and I suggest maybe they start hiring a better crew before...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings is the ultimate destination for anyone who loves great food, sports, and an all-around vibrant atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, the energy is infectious—TVs everywhere playing every game imaginable, the hum of excitement in the air, and the aroma of freshly made wings that gets your appetite going immediately.
The food is, of course, the star of the show. Their wings are absolutely top-notch, with a perfect balance of crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The range of sauces and dry rubs is incredible—whether you’re in the mood for something mild like Honey BBQ or ready to take on the heat with Blazin’, there’s a flavor for everyone. My personal favorite is the Parmesan Garlic, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice.
Beyond the wings, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a surprisingly diverse menu. Their burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, the wraps are fresh and satisfying, and the appetizers like the fried pickles and loaded nachos are perfect for sharing with friends. Don’t skip the fries or onion rings—they’re always crispy and perfectly seasoned. Pair your meal with one of their many beer or cocktail options, and you’ve got the perfect combination.
The atmosphere is what makes Buffalo Wild Wings truly special. Whether you’re watching a big game or just hanging out with friends, the setup is ideal. With screens in every direction, you’ll never miss a moment of the action. The vibe is casual and fun, and the staff always goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re quick, attentive, and super friendly, even when the place is packed.
Buffalo Wild Wings is also a great spot for group outings or family dinners. The variety on the menu means there’s something for everyone, and the energetic environment keeps things exciting. Plus, their deals like Wing Tuesdays or Boneless Thursdays make it easy to enjoy your favorites without spending a fortune.
In short, Buffalo Wild Wings is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Delicious food, great drinks, and an unbeatable atmosphere make it a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommend it for sports fans, wing lovers, and anyone looking for...
