Is someone who is a GM of a business?. I have never in my life been so mad at an experience. I have many many times ordered off the app and had my employees go pick up food without having my physical phone and never ever issues. I ordered my two sons food on the app, and my son went to pick it up and the young girl who said she was a manager on the phone told him his order was in purgatory and the phone had to be there. That is never ever been a thing. He called me upset. I am a single mom. I ordered food for my kids. I then called up there where she goes I told him Tried to explain the phone has to be here it’s in purgatory. I told her that was complete BS. I have done this many many times. Then she hung up on me. I had to call back four times to find Franchise. I used to work for Mccam management 20 years ago. Now it is ebek enterprises Which does not even post their phone number for customers to call. Again, very unprofessional I have lived in this town for 15 years. I have never dealt with this or ever in my life called corporate on a company until today. It is very clear that high school kids run that store. And very wrong that the franchise does not post their phone number. I did contact corporate. They need to be held accountable. Read moreMy husband got him and I lunch as I was at work he brought it up to my work. We started taking it out and nothing was right. When he was waiting to get my food remade as they said it was gonna be a longer wait due to not have any chicken and would have to cook it fresh. Staff including manager was rude ripped the receipt off the bag of food treated my husband with complete disrespect. He got back his food is cold now including my fry’s he than noticed his burger wasn’t a double as he ordered. They still managed to get my order wrong after the Second attempt. I called to the store when I got off work and the manager called my husband a lier that he didn’t come back to have the order fixed and she asked all the managers that was at the store. Than I asked at this point if they was corporate or franchise. She said yea ok so I repeated myself. Than she told me you can get the number off the side of the building. I than asked can you just give me the number as I would think a manager would have that info with no problem. Than she tells me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins because they are busy. I ended up hanging up. Because now I’m not waiting that long to get a number service was horrible. Oak grove needs to get all new employees and managers. Take the extra 5 mins and go to grain valley. Read moreOrder is always wrong not just once though I most of the time have to go through 3 times before my order is right. I've ordered a double quarter pounder that was supposed to add lettuce and tomatoes No Pickle No mustard, I received a single quarter pounder with pickles and lettuce no tomatoes No second patty I go back through they added the tomatoes left the pickles on and still didn't add the second patty, remind you this is during the rough covid stuff, so they are not supposed to be taking the food back I don't mind them taking it back its the fact that I had to go around yet again and I handed the same quarter pounder back to them they took off the pickles and put what looked like a chewed up patty on top of it all. I threw it away immediately, I was done trying to get my order right for 1 order, and them repeatedly taking the same quarter pounder back.
I've also received red quarter pounders not fully cooked.
My daughter is allergic to cheese, so we always ask when I take her with me no cheese she ALWAYS receives cheese the first time around.
