I’ve been a loyal customer of Scooters in Oak Grove for a long time, and I’ve always loved the service and the team. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing.
When I visited today, Ally provided terrible service. I specifically asked for my food to be warmed up, and it wasn’t. On top of that, when I pulled up to the window, I sat there for about a minute before the window was even opened. Even then, I wasn’t greeted at all. After a few more minutes, the only interaction I had was being asked for payment—no hello, no acknowledgment.
This is not the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Scooters. The new management and service standards feel like they’ve dropped, especially compared to the friendly, attentive team I’ve known for years. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with the same person at the window, and it’s making me reconsider...
Read moreAlright where do I start with this place. First off, my blenders are always literal water whenever I order one and the new workers are incredibly rude. I miss the workers that used to work back in late April. 😞 I heard it’s new management and it breaks my heart to know one person really ruined a place that once used to be fun to go to. A recent moment I had was one of the workers, Allie, a young woman that works there and she was so rude to me. I asked her how her day was and I might as well have asked if I could give her a kiss with the way she responded to me. She was just on her phone and didnt even give me a goodbye. I am so disappointed by my experiences here now compared to how it used to be. I will now be choosing Starbucks as my go-to...
Read moreI've been to the Oak Grove location several times and it was good when it first opened. However recently the past few times I have been there haven't been good experiences at all. My drinks were not made correctly and they taste like they are missing ingredients. We pay too much money for our drinks to be made incorrectly. I will be calling to speak to the manager about this because the staff should be trained correctly on how to make the drinks properly or they shouldn't be allowed to make the drinks if they don't know what they are doing. Also if the whipp cream machine is down they should tell customers that before selling them a drink that has whipped cream in and charging them full price for the drink. That doesn't make any sense...
