They rebuilt my desktop hard drive, cleaned and fixed some issues on both of my laptops, and educated me on some things I needed to know but didn't know how to ask the questions. These repairs were done in an unexpected timely manner. The customer service was exceptional, which is not often witnessed any longer in any business. If I had to leave a message, they promptly returned calls, and if I needed to know how to perform some type of task, all I had to do was ask and they talked me through it over the phone. I found a treasure on Oak Island. Had a minor electronics issue while on family vacation and Techson was able to trouble-shoot, discussed some options, and provided a very reasonable solution. It was truly next level service.
