What can you say about Jimmy John's other than their sandwiches are solid and do get made freaky fast lol. As a customer, this just becomes what's expected and anything less would indicate issues. With that, what makes one location stand out from others?
In my experience, every JJs I've been to is crazy busy between 11 and 1 during the week. Everyone's getting their lunch breaks and if they are looking to buy food, it's a solid option as you know what your getting and despite the business, still comes relatively quick. There are certain locations however that are so perfectly located that all the surrounding businesses utilize it. This location is exactly that way. It is not uncommon for me to pull up only to see a line out the door. Almost every other single scenario where this were to happen, would result in me throwing the whip in reverse and finding somewhere else to get my grub. This even applies to other Jimmy John's locations I've been to. The other day I went to this particular spot and sure as heck, line was out the door. I wasn't in major rush so didn't mind having to wait a litte longer. Surprisingly, the line moved incredibly fast and within 5 minutes or less I was ordering food for myself and coworker. I went to the side and filled my drinks, patiently waiting for my order. I watched as they filled the various orders in front of mine while also fulfilling what I imagine was online orders. The staff did this without complaining or getting rude even when a customer snapped off on something that to me was comical. When I believed my order was fine, I grabbed it and walked out the door. Ten minutes or so after leaving, I realized that I somehow screwed up and grabbed an order that wasn't mine. Sure, it was two different sandwiches but neither of which I had ordered and one containing something my coworker is highly allergic to. I immediately turned around and ran back. But time I got back, rush was still in full effect. I managed to squeeze my way passed the crowd where I told dude at register my situation. Without hesitation a gentleman from kitchen area came up while I was explaining situation. He jumped into the food line, remade both of my sandwiches and got me back out of there in moments. It was painless and the kind of customer service you almost never experience any more. This simple action and overall attitude of folks working there, ensures I will drive out of my way to go to this specific location again. Simply put the employees here are Rockstars and are the differentiating factor that makes them stick out from a franchise that is built around consistency....
Read moreI ordered dinner for my family and I after visiting a spa. I called at 4:50pm and placed a over 50$ order. I told the young lady on the phone that I know it's different but I am in the parking lot of Just for me Spa. I am in a white Chevy Trax. I have my car on and I would be watching for the driver. I waited for over 25 minutes. Then called again fully understanding that things happen. sometimes we all get stuck at lights. I stated that I wanted to make sure there was no confusion considering I'm in my car. She did not apologize nor say much at all besides rudely telling me they only have one driver on. I said okay, I then waited another 45 minutes only for the spa I had been at to track my number down and call to ask if I got Jimmy John's. What in the world! Why couldn't the In shop people communicate with delivery better! The employee could have been more professional and explain more kinder, The food took over an hour, and it didn't even get delivered to me! I was late for everything else in my evening. Jimmy John's freaky fast is supposed to be a convenience. I worked for a jimmy John's in WI for 4 years. All this is not the way it should go. Do better, Be better. The young lady should be talked to. Also why didn't the driver just call me? Super simple. I have delivered to many parking lots. I have tracked down people in a collage classroom. Why one driver during dinner rush hours?
"According to Jimmy John's marketing and policy, a delivery should typically arrive within 5 minutes of placing an order, as they prioritize "Freaky Fast" delivery times and limit delivery distances to...
