Authentic Gyros & Grill — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Thought I would try new place to eat, I usually don't do this I usually go to places I normally go to because I know what I like. This place has been in business for maybe a month, I did not want anything big or extravagant so I just got a cheeseburger combo. The first thing I noticed when walking into the store that it was hotter inside the store then it was outside the store. And it was 88 degrees outside. I went up to the counter and ordered a cheeseburger no tomato no mayonnaise. I sat inside with my tablet to watch videos while I eat, I ate the freeze while sitting watching videos and sweating I said it was hotter inside than it was outside. The fry for hot and tasted like a raw potato. I finished my fries and I was going to save my burger for later. Later on that day I went to open the cheeseburger I've been into it and immediately noticed something was wrong. Before I can even open the sandwich you look to see what was in it my lip started to go numb and swell. The two items I did not want inside the burger guess what those items were. A huge thick piece of tomato cut in half on my cheeseburger. The biggest glob of mayonnaise I've ever seen on a sandwich in my life on the cheeseburger. I did not need an EpiPen because of my allergic reaction to something I did not want on my burger but you decided I wanted it anyhow. If I had any more severe symptoms of allergies because of you you would have already been subpoenaed to a lawsuit. Looking at my receipt it did not show anything on it that says no tomato no mayonnaise. Even when I was waiting for my food the "cook" evangel loudly across the store cheeseburger no tomato. So I am new to Orlando and this restaurant was new to me. So the first day I went there I absolutely loved the food. And I have been back ever since. You are not going to go wrong when you go to this place as far as food is concerned. The only issue I had was when they gave me fish there was a lot of grease at the bottom of my container that they gave it to me to take it. Now I just make it a point to tell them please make sure they drain the grease off of that fish really well when they give it to me. I recently visited Authentic Gyros & Grill, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The food was just awesome—tasty, fresh, and authentic. The gyros were seasoned well, the meat was not tough, and they gave plenty of portions. The tzatziki sauce was just right for it, and all the food tasted so fresh.

Besides the phenomenal food, the service staff was phenomenal. They were friendly, attentive, and looked after all that we needed. They were well-informed about what they were serving and gave us some good recommendations. They had a pleasant atmosphere that made for a good dining experience.
