WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First off I get there I ordered my usual orders, the cashier repeats me back the order and I said yes. Everything was fine I sat down waited and I waited for an unusually long time. Mind you I come here often and it took a long time for me to get my order. When they did finally have my order out the lady called out, I began to get up and she called it once again very rudely. When I got there I was confused because those were not what I ordered and I told the lady this isn’t what I ordered. She began to review the receipt VERY rudely saying this is what you ordered it’s on the receipt. So I told her well I said blah blah blah. The cashier messed it up ever though she repeated back to me the correct order. So I sat back down and some man came up to me saying well we have to recharge you because x y and z after being there for more than 20 minutes I was mad and hungry so I was confused as to why we needed to repay if THEY are the ones who mixed MY order up. He began getting very aggressive and rude. My boyfriend began asking questions and he got extremely rude with him as well and obviously if someone is attacking you you’re going to defend yourself. When we got to the register to be recharged the man continued to talk to my boyfriend rudely and then said he wasn’t going to serve us and we could leave because my boyfriend said “damn” he said he used foul language and began crying over it. The general manager came and was NO help either. He came my boyfriend spoke to him and sat back down to talk. The man who was at the register continued attacking my boyfriend until I finally told him to “f-ing give me a refund so we can leave” he was more focused on arguing then doing anything. One of the orders we received were good so I had already given it to my sister to begin eating and he said he was going to take the food back even though I had only got a refund for the other two. I was extremely disappointed with this visit at Zaxby’s but not surprised because the last couple times I’ve dealt with rude employees. I will not be giving my service here anymore and I will most definitely tell all of my family and friends about the horrible customer service...
Read moreMy food is supposed to be ready at 5:09, I get there at 5:05. I check in I am here within the app. Waited till 5:19, still no food went to the email tapped I'm here. Here it is 5:29 still no food, have to call them waited 30 minutes in the parking lot 101 plus degrees inside my car. I'm giving cold food and ice that's been melted for 20 minutes. I say something but the employee just keeps walking away like he didn't hear me,,, dude you know you heard me I speak loud and proud so everybody can hear me! Maybe the food is okay, but I ain't coming here no more. I'm actually going to try to get me a refunded, calling the bank now.
And the top it all off they only have two curbside pickups, and one curbside location is 100% occupied by a vehicle always backed in silver gray and color. That must be the store manager specials parking spot! Every time I drive by and every time I've came to this place that same damn car has been sitting there clogging up spots when I'm watching as I sat 30 minutes almost waiting for my food that was late now unedible and drinkable about eight vehicles getting their food dropped off at the curb right there at the front door, the employee barely has to walk out the front door. Maybe that's why I got cold food and water down drink. The nerve of every single employee at this store and specially the any type of manager. I will be looking for your district manager and your dinner manager's numbers on indeed soon. You can mess with anybody you want to but I am not the person who's going to back down to this type of punishment to...
Read moreVery peaceful, warm & quiet atmosphere. Clean establishment. Had a dilemma using my laptop, during an impending major hurricane. Had business to run & finish, beforehand. Other stores closed ahead of time. They were still open, for now. I wasn't ordering anything, but did have need of their resources (electricity, free WiFi & bathroom, if needed). I was forthcoming with the manager on duty about my dilemma, because I felt it was courteous and didn't want to be trespassed for loitering (FL establishments BIG on calling Sheriff/police & trespassing ppl, SMH!) The manager, was VERY compassionate & understanding. He had no prob with my using their resources. I couldn't buy anything, BUT as a shrewd business woman, I DID bless him with a beautiful piece of jewelry from my business's inventory. I have eaten here, a few times, too. Chicken strips & fries are good. Customer Service is exceptional! To the manager, if you read this and remember this, THANK YOU! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & KINDNESS...
