Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I usually don’t leave negative reviews - I like keeping things positive but this one deserves it. Who the heck designed this building?! Every single wall leading to the drive through is damaged because they didn’t allow for enough clearance for cars making a turn leading into the main drive through. Imagine going in to pay for a coffee and leaving with hundreds in repair bills because of an incompetent architect?! I have a tiny car and almost hit the walls (had about 2 inches clearance from my rear wheels and 5 from my front bumper)

Also, I paid in advance through the app and upon arriving there they didn’t have my drink because they were out of ingredients. I asked to cancel it but they said they couldn’t. I ended up getting something different and had to throw it in the trash. I asked for a donut to make up for it and at least the guy was nice enough to give me one to make up for my headache.

Never going there again. What a terrible, terrible place. The place has to be completely redesigned or they will continue to damage customers’ cars. Also it would be a good idea to make sure the app reflects the lack of...

This was my 4th time coming here and also my last. I just left their drive thru. The lady taking the orders was clearly engaged in a conversation that was more important than her job. She took my order and never responded. She never said pull up to the first window, nor confirm my order. After 2 minutes of no interaction, I drove up. When I finally reach the window she was engaged in a conversation all in Spanish. The guy she was speaking with knew she wasn't giving me what I ask for. I understand Spanish, I just can't speak it. 1 she didn't give me my hash brown 2 I ordered a small frozen mocha with whip cream. She gave me blended ice with coffee flavor. Okay let me tell you. First she got the size wrong Second it tasted all straight coffee when Infact I also added more cream and sugar so I had to go back for her to fix it. She was so mad that she put almost sugar in the whole cup. When you drink it all you drink is pure sugar texture . A big fat girl with pink hair or whatever hair color she have was so rude to us.
