Good ice cream but BAD Terrible service- Took my wife and 6 year old daughter to try ice cream- the girl at the counter did not greet us, did not even attempt to explain what the flavors were, or suggest anything, its like she reluctantly had to sell us ice cream and she had a face and attitude like she just wanted us to go away. My wife ordered the Pineapple with "Chamoy" ice cream- the attendant didnt even mention its spicy- my wife isnt Mexican, makes sense and would be nice if someone SELLING YOU THEIR PRODUCT told you about what you are buying before you try or offer a sample. This is bad business and it scares away customers. They need to hire people with customer service skills or at least train them and make them accountable via camera footage or a manager ...
