This location is nearest to my home, and was quite honestly, the best in my area in my opinion. The employees are always fast, efficient and pleasant,
with the exception of the General Manager: Mirabel. She’s very rude and argumentative. I deliver for Uber eats and she’s been rude to me in the past ( while delivering )but I’ve overlooked it and continued to frequent there personally with my family giving her grace. I too, am in the service industry ( waitress for 20 + yrs) and considered everyone has bad days and I continued to frequent there as well as
. We even have the app🤣. Fast forward to this afternoon, I ordered 2 drinks in the drive thru and pulled to the window to pay. Mirabel( General Manager) was at the window and never said hello or any greeting but sharply told me the total. I attempted to hand her my debit card and she motioned to the credit card machine. I attempted to reach the machine to insert my card but I couldnt reach. I asked her if she could push it towards me cause it was too far. It was close to the window and she never moved it (so I, could reach as is usually done with the ccmachines) She yelled “ NO” !! . She is a poor example of a manager and her customer service skills are horrible! If you hate your job so much Mirabel, that you have to be rude and nasty to paying customers that frequently patronize the business that employs you and trusts you to lead by example, maybe you should rethink your career choices. Read moreI recently placed a late-night order from McDonald's through Uber Eats at approximately 11:00 PM. The order consisted of two Big Mac large meals and one kids’ meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
First, there was a significant issue with the order fulfillment. Despite ordering two large meals, only one portion of fries was provided. Additionally, all of the food arrived cold, including both the burgers and fries, which greatly diminished the quality and enjoyment of the meal.
This particular McDonald’s location has a reputation for poor service, and based on this experience, it is clear why. Accuracy and food quality seem to be ongoing issues, and there appears to be little accountability from the staff or management to address these concerns. The owner should be aware of the consistently subpar performance at this location and consider steps to improve service standards.
Fast food should still meet basic expectations: correct orders, reasonable temperatures, and a minimum level of care in preparation. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s location repeatedly falls short. Customers deserve better, and it would be in the best interest of the business to reassess operations and implement improvements.
Until then, I would advise those ordering late at night—or from this location in general—to temper expectations...
Read moreI want to start this by saying I worked for this very location in 2014 and have NEVER seen service this bad before or during my time here. ordered curb side pick up, when I arrived there was a garbage container blocking all 4 curbside spots. I waited at drive thru pick up for about 10 minutes. No one came. I went to the drive thru. And the woman couldn't find my order and got rude despite me not raising my voice at her or getting angry with her. She then said " well I'll be back while you figure that out." And started ringing up other customers. I went to the drive thru window to show her my order that she refused to help me with. And as I showed her, the order completed itself. I asked her what's going on and said I was going to wait for it at the window. She slammed the window on me and went back to other customers. She came back eventually To which another employee confirmed they already gave the order away. She then called a manager. At least I think. This person's name was Glenda, I believe, and they were very kind. But my entire order needed to be remade. But unfortunately the woman at the drive thru was terrible.
