Panda Express — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Right now, I would rate a 0. I placed an order through their website to be delivered via doordash. The driver dropped off my order, but only half of it. The driver, to his credit, went back to the store to try to help. I called the location and ended up with a shift supervisor who tried to tell me that my order was not in the system, even though I read off my order number, the items I ordered, the subtotal, delivery fee, tip, taxes, and service fee, a full total of $39.47 for 26 bucks worth of food. After spending nearly 10 minutes on hold, she comes back to tell me she still can't find my order and is moving on to check the order number. Apparently, she thought going through email and paper receipts would be faster than looking up the order number directly. Meanwhile, doordash kept calling in. I finally gave up with the location and switched to Doordash, hoping they would resolve it. After getting someone who was trying to help, I got kicked off midway through the call. After calling back and spending nearly 10 minutes on hold(now over an hour from when I originally placed my order) im told that Doordash cannot help me as I ordered through Panda's website. I attempted to use the contact option on their website and was told 8 different times that info was missing. After clearing and retyping my information 8 times, I have had it with this place. Their food is alright and it's pretty quick to get, if you go there directly. But as for their delivery/online ordering, this has been the worst experience I've had with any company. I ended up driving to Taco Bell to get dinner for myself. It's doubtful I'll ever order Panda for delivery again. I live in the Dr Phillips area I have five pandas that I can go to including this one.. But of the probably 100 times I've eaten at Panda this one was the most horrible!!! They were out of stock on three items and what they did have was bare bones. This should not be allowed during the lunch hour if you can't keep up with cooking the food then maybe put another cook behind the line! You are losing money!!!!! But my biggest complaint was the food portion and out of all the times I've gone to Panda this one takes the cake! I got about a half of an ice cream scoop of protein on both For the plate. I've never ever gotten shorted by Panda I usually get one full scoop this was like barely one level scoop six little pieces of teriyaki chicken and seven little pieces of orange chicken. Wow wow wow!!

I understand portion control but if you're going to raise your prices to almost 10 bucks for a plate I might as well eat at my local restaurant because I get a full quart of rice and a 4×6 Full of protein for 11 bucks!! This will be that last time I ever visit this location I will go back to millenia universal kirkman or Winter garden before I ever visit this place again.

This is the worse place to eat in Orlando area. Not necessarily all Panda restaurants deserve the same rating as this specific one. I am a truck driver, travel all over the 48 states and regularly eat at Panda 🐼. But this one has 2 mediocre employees who covered their name tags when they disrespectfully treated my mother, wife and myself. So I am not able to mention them. But the receipt says Precious J. Nothing Precious about this lady's customer service. Completely UNACCEPTABLE the way she served my food, with an attitude. Then after charging my card left the food just sitting there on the other side of the counter. I asked her coworker for my food and she disrespectfully said that I can grab it. I asked her why couldn't she handed to me like she did to all other costumers. She just said to grab it. If that wasn't enough of a bad costumer service, they called the county police and had me taken out of the place. There was supposedly no manager on duty. They were just doing what they pleased with the clients. Panda should take action on this matter, these employees are giving their corporation a very bad representation.
