Today was my third visit there all three visits I give you thumbs down today’s visit the girl hand me a box of cookies is chocolate smeared all on the outside of the box. One side of the box is not close properly. The flat is wide open, so I grabbed the attention of another girl to tell her can you fix it? Can you close it properly Now? I’m standing there waiting and waiting and waiting. How long does it take to close the box properly and head it back to me this place is as children working in there babies they don’t know what they’re doing and the crap that they sell is for teenagers. This is a place after school if you have a child after school, you bring them there for a cookie and that’s it. That’s what it’s for....

Ordered cookies for my daughter thru Uber eats because I heard good things about the company but this location is horrible!! They sent random cookies, not the ones we ordered. Pretty pathetic to get an order completely wrong when they only have about 6 different types to choose from. Cookies were stale and most were hard as a rock, like they had been sitting out all day..The employees at this location clearly don’t care. Maybe because it’s a Friday night and the kids are too worried about their personal plans than work?? Date was 8/15/25. We placed an online order an hour in advance, but upon arriving at the store, the lobby was crowded with waiting customers while the staff appeared to be in the back talking. When someone finally assisted my wife, she was told the item she ordered was sold out. She requested a refund, and the clerk assured her it was processed. Instead, the order was incorrectly marked as “picked up,” and we are still trying to receive our refund.
