I haven't had jian bing in probably ten years. But as soon as I but into one at Tian Jin, I felt like I was back in Asia during a hot humid morning, eating breakfast on the side of the road. The crepe itself and the youtiao (Chinese doughnut) are made super fresh, resulting in a beautiful contrast of textures. The sauce and pickled veggies add sharpness and crunch. Make sure to get it spicy for added kick. And order a homemade soy milk on the side (and add a teaspoon of sugar for sweetness) to wash it all down. Beware, one jian bing is quite large. Consider splitting it with a friend (or be prepared to skip lunch).
