I order here alot never get my pizza cooked or cut how I want it and since im the one paying for and consuming the food I have no problem in letting their management know my dissatisfaction or their errors. I've literally gotten my next order comped and still have them mess up the order. At this point I've complained so many times and had an employee tell other staff if I call back not to answer my call then hang up on me( he thought he put me back on hold) that even now when they make mistakes with my food/order they (blocked me) put a message in my account telling other employees not to give me any free food. Other than nasty Lil Ceasars they are the closest and only pizza joint around my house/neighborhood/area. Pizza hut won't even deliver here!! I even had Louisa Fernanda lie and tell me Antonio (bad horrible and rude employee) didn't work there anymore after that incident, to only pick up an order less than a month later and see that he was in fact still working there.. the staff is negligent in checking verifying and double checking the details on the orders. Whether its the special instructions on the pizza or the fact that you order meatless Alfredo because your vegetarian in a bread bowl and get served a your Alfredo in a dishpan covered in chicken! They don't pay attention when you get the Ceasars salad with Ceasars dressing and give you ranch instead. They are so cheap they don't restock the paper plates and are stingy with the napkins you can be holding 5 boxes and they wanna ask how many you need after you have to ask them for it cuz they pick and choose when they want to offer and give you like six. Read moreWe get pizza and chicken from Domino's about once a month. Food quality is consistently high, although the GF pizza base can be a little undercooked/chewy, say about 20% of the time. They make the food really fast and pizzas seem to go into the oven within a few minutes of ordering online. Fortunately, regular prices can be reduced by coupons, because some items are unreasonably expensive - (again) the GF pizza base has a punitively high cost without coupons. However, I know that the GF community appreciates that there's a viable option for them at Domino's - the product itself is OK when cooked right, even if only available in one size. But it'd be nice to see one of the high street pizzerias really make an effort to develop some really tasty GF products as more and more people figure out their stomach issues are related to gluten intolerance! The Web App is functional but a bit clunky trying to order a free Piece of The Pie rewards pizza from past pizza orders, and I gave up trying to combine it with a regular order for pickup. FYI Domino's, when rewards are tough to add to an order, the customer doesn't know if you're serious about your own rewards scheme... On a positive note, I don't really do wings or nuggets or strips, but I really like the Specialty Chicken at Domino's. Read moreMy last two recent orders were questionable. The first had several pieces of ham on it which I didn't order and couldn't eat due to dietary constructions. The second order I made yesterday (1-6-18) was cold and did not have sauce, cheese, or toppings on several slices.
I gave them another opportunity on 4-24-18 and had another horrible experience
My order was inaccurate and took 1.5 hours to arrive. I called to have my correct order re-delivered and the person on the phone had the nerve to quote me a price. I told him that I already paid for my order and that it was ridiculous that he quoted me a price to correct their mistake, and demanded that they send me the correct pizza. He agreed. I called back a hour later to confirm that my corrected order was on it's way, and was told that there was not an re-order on their system. Apparently the person I talked to earlier did not do his job. Luckily it was around 9 pm so I was able to drive to the store to pick up my correct order with a refund. I would not have received my correct order or a refund if I did not have a gut feeling to call back...
