There's so much goodness and appreciation for Sean and the staff at Fluid510 for all they did to help ensure my (birthday party) event was a success. I could go on and on about ALL the 'under the radar' things they did to make sure it was a great event, but sticking to the highlights of what's replicable/relevant.

Value: 10/10 - found the pricing to be extremely reasonable and Sean was flexible in many ways to accommodate as well. The space is gorgeous and it comes with all the necessary AV, etc + having it come staffed saved major headaches.

Service: 10/10 - everyone I encountered was an absolute gem, both prior to and night of - it felt like staff were really going out of their ways to make sure folks had a great time. This was such a surprise & delight meeting such nice people.

Communication: 10/10 - Sean and his team were on text and planning call leading up in lead up.

Aesthetic/Space: 10/10 Absolutely perfect for the dance party ambiance we were looking for. It's just downright cool and has an awesome vibe. Got so many compliments of this.

Food: N/A - we opted to not cater through Fluid510 with this being a post-dinner event, but guests did order items from the kitchen and had positive things to say.

Honestly, couldn't imagine the event going better. The event was a hit, guests loved it and planning/night of was super easy due to such a kind & professional staff.

My friends and I attended the old school R&B Brunch and a time was had! The DJ was amazing! The staff were awesome! The food was delicious. We had the blueberry waffle with fried chicken, and the eggs, bacon and potatoes. I’m a bacon kind of girl and the bacon was cooked perfectly. I don’t usually like restaurant eggs, but these eggs were delicious. Now, let’s talk about that crispy fried chicken. I don’t even like thighs but those chicken thighs were mouthwatering. The crunch was crunching!

Now.. here is where FLUID 510 sealed the deal and will be my go to brunch spot. In a world where it's easy to not do the right thing, especially when the error is noticed after the fact, the ownership of Fluid 510 did the right thing after I was accidentally overcharged. I stopped by the next day and left my information not expecting to hear back, but to my surprise they actually read my note and contacted me about a refund for my overpayment.

Great space, great customer service but, the food took long to come out. We ordered 2 chicken and waffles along with a pork belly sando. The appetizer menu wasn't available but I asked prior to ordering and they were able to accommodate. The charcuterie board had 3 meats that were under 1 oz each,3 cheeses at approximately 1.25oz each,stale croutons and a few grapes for 25$.😒 The chicken and waffles were Ok.. chicken was seasoned well and we assumed it was dark from brining or buttermilk. The pork belly was good and overall I will Give it a second chance.
