Fox's Pizza Den - Oakland, MD — Restaurant in Oakland

we ordered our food to go, so ive been inside the resturant. But with that said...i never will be. I was really dissapointed in the food here. we ordered 2 strombilis and a pizza. first off, the pizza looked just like the Tonys pizza you get at Wal Mart for $1.25 There was more sauce than cheese..litterally. my pizza was red with a few white spots. the sauce tastes sour and horrible. and the strombili.....my husband got the meat one..which he didnt think was too bad. but hell eat anything. i ordered the "delux" one. Once i got it i noticed it had other toppings in it, other than what was listed on the menu. im not even sure they put cheese in it. i can tell the mushrooms came from a can. I was hoping the ranch it came with would help make it taste better...um no. the ranch and the pizza must have the same secret ingrediant to give it that sour taste...i really had to check to make sure it wasnt tartar sauce.

all in all: the food is cheaply priced for a reason. They use cheap ingrediants. and i will never...

Update: 3/2/23 I really hate to make this update but after changing ownership I went for the first time since the change and it was chaotic I was standing at the counter my order visible to me but they let 2 other people not at the counter go ahead and pay for their orders before getting me out the door first. I really, really hope customer service improves. I know there's new people and changes, but get the people standing at the counter paid for and out the door before causing confusion and a cluster of people at the register at once. **Original -Our whole family loves Fox's, I will only go to the Oakland location as the other locations just aren't the same! I feel really bad for all the people giving this anything but two stars on its best day. It’s two star pizza. I’m also confused about how they ever get any business between the horrible wait times and food that they put out and the manager not knowing how to deal with customers, this place is a nightmare all I’ve tried to do is humbly order lunch multiple times and it’s always a problem. It never comes on time. It always comes over done or wrongly done and half cold or fully cold anytime I try to call and figure things out I get arguments from the management instead of apologies like this is the fourth...
