Our new home came with an over-the-range microwave that had no suction so one of our first big purchases was a solid hood. Zoe was very friendly and professional to help us put in an order. She was transparent about the delay in the installment (most likely due to pandemic) and gave us the exact date we would get it, which they honored.

On the day, the installer was very fast and efficient. He called 20 minutes before arriving to give me the heads up, and had the hood up and running in about an hour. He even took away our old microwave no charge!

Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. We were okay with the order delay since it is not their fault and we chose the more popular hood. Be sure to order when they have a promo, we walked away with a free soy milk maker...

Having good products and customer service always make you to come back to buy. Pacific Kitchen Life store is the one we came back here to buy a Range Hood. My mom brought one (TRUSTEAM SC88, 30")in 2015, she strongly recommend me to buy one. It's auto steam cleaning, just adding water into it. Also it has powerful suction, therefore, no worry about for deep frying food that makes the house like "smoky" or "foggy" . The customer service staff - Zoe, she is very kind and patient. Before we went to the store, I texted her, she answered all the questions. When we were in the store, she helped us to place an order quickly and make the schedule for free installation. The staff at the Pacific Kitchen Life in Oakland provided excellent service to us when purchasing this hood in May 2024. The staff was very detailed and think ahead what were needed in order to install the hood. I purchased the first hood at this store over 10 years ago, and it is still working without any issue. Now I have a new home and need a new hood. I would only go to Pacific Kitchen Life to buy. The installation has been professional.
