Interesting decor/my first time here/disappointed that the staff was frustrated with my desire to not leave my card on the counter for a tab due to data security concerns and the possibility of a phishing device hidden somewhere-they were miiffed about having to move the card reader system to the bar each time despite my paying nearly $10 a beer! Spent like $50 here on five draft beers-neither did they understand the need to not leave stuff behind /nor to not reveal one's personal identifying information on the card-rather than allow me to retain control of the card and protect the data from not only duplication but human viewšŸ‘€ the bartenders were trying to pressure me to run a tab which is not the modern method where the information is taken down once, after which only a signature is needed in the last four digits to pull up the account-they don't seem to be aware of the new school system and how it's supposed to be done with the customer plugging the chip in šŸ’³ discreetly without any information shared/and signing out either each time or once at the very end! Instead they want to keep cards on the bar the old fashioned data compromising way-or handle the customer's card each time as if there could be no need for privacy! Perhaps when people are working in bars from other cities and other states they don't have such deep roots and such heavy political ties such that privacy matters? Lol

It seems small when you walk in front because you only see a handful of bar seats. You have to walk through the curtains to get to the main bar area. They switch up the cocktails every season. However, they always have champagne jello shots. Yummy! I've met friends to catch up and it's great because we can hear each other. It gets crowded on Friday after work but not too much that it's unbearable. I've also had happy hour here with a big group after work several times. I only give it 4 stars as I wish they had food that is a bit more filling than a charcuterie plate.

Beautiful! From the lights to the music, the atmosphere of this place is just *chef's kiss*. Came in on a rainy day, and the lovely bartenders whipped up something tropical and fun. I felt like I was on vacation! Definitely make The Miranda a stop during your night out with friends, or to unwind after a long day.

Do not go here. Their customer service is awful. One of the male bussers yelled at me because of a drink that got knocked over near me by accident due to the bathroom line. He had dreads and a pearl necklace. My brother went to try to get some assistance at the bar to help clean up the mess. The busser was mad that we did not tell him even though we didn’t know he worked there or see him because it’s so dark in the place. He was yelling at me that I didn’t tell him. He kept telling me I need to leave even though I did nothing. He misunderstood the situation and blew up on me and my brother for no reason. The place is nice but the service is awful and I will...

Bar tender tried to argue with me about an advertised price. After I ordered a drink off of the menu(Get your price list right) Charged me 20%mor than listed price i told him im sorry but your price list said this amount and he said to me he’s not changing it. The advertised price is wrong. I have never in my life had an employee of an establishment argue the advertised price. The worst part is he made me feel extremely uncomfortable over a 4$ difference. So I blasted him and gave him a 50%tip. Don’t go here. Seriously!!!!!!!! What the ā€œ&)&@$#%# Go @$&& @$$& Yup 16$ for my drink and tipped him 15$ Dont go...
