Don’t go here!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!! I went through drive thru, after going home my husband was munching on his gizzards, after the last bite or two he noticed something wasn’t rite and he was chewing on something for a little too long. After further investigation, we noticed it was a fake acrylic nail that was fried in with the gizzards. He ate pretty much the whole thing just for the last bite to be a fake nail. The rest of the food that we ordered we didn’t eat at all, because of that after calling and talking to a gentleman, he told me to bring in the rest of the food and the receipt. After bringing it in before I could really even say anything a white female with blondish hair or light brown hair told me that it doesn’t make any sense and no one had acrylic nails on. She told me that I was a liar! And that it doesn’t make any sense and that I wasn’t getting a refund. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I told her that she shouldn’t be arguing with customers and she shouldn’t be calling customers liars. Then the owner comes up to the front and after explaining everything to him, she started to call me a liar again, and instead of listening to what had happened she automatically went on the defense and said he shouldn’t have eaten it. If she listened, she would’ve heard that it was one of the last couple of pieces that the acrylic nail was stuck to that he ate. So he wouldn’t have known that there was a nail in there until that last piece. She was arguing with me calling me a liar continuously in front of all of the other customers, with her hand, waving out at me. The owner didn’t do anything about it, he didn’t do anything about how she was treating me, but I did receive my refund. I wasn’t going to go anywhere unless I received my refund due to it. I used to go here all the time but I will never go here again not because of the food because I know things happen and I’m in the customer service field so I understand, but the customer service, and the way that I was treated because of that lady. I have a huge following and fanbase as well as a huge family, and a lots of rock when it comes to restaurants. They all know Now of this instance, and they will never go to this restaurant ever again! Not because of the nail, but because of the service, and the way I was treated! Once again, do not go here! $40 order. They clearly don’t care about quality and detail. This was my first experience with ANF and for what I paid and what I received, Im glad I never stopped there before and wont ever order from here again. Dasher was great. Restaurant however is nasty. Food arrived cold. Oysters were very cold and meh. Not even slightly hot. My coworkers wouldn’t even eat anything because it was nasty. The $10 cold gyro salad was bagged with hot food and was the size of a small side salad, literally packed into a tiny container. I recieved guiness records smallest packet of 6 tiny little croutons smaller than dimes. Is this a joke? Im posting a photo of with my google review. Fries were cold and extremely soggy. I asked for Tarter sauce and extra tarter. That was all the sauce I asked for. I received 1 expired cup of tarter (date exp 02/23/23) and 1 cup of blue cheese (what do Ido with that?) and handfuls of ketchup which I dont eat. Ordered 2 vegetable gyro combos without dairy. Received it with barely any vegetables and a ton of meat. Told the gentleman up front he said he would take care of it. Got the gyros opened them up saw vegetables and melted cheese. Had to wait an hour for our order all we could is eat fries it’s 1:42pm and still not sandwich. The girl up front said the vegetable Byron comes with cheese. But if the customer orders any sandwich without cheese you should listen. I could have been rushed to the hospital. I’m pretty sure who ever owns this place would fore her cause she was very rude and kept going outside when she had customers waiting.
