Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Ocala

Sonic on 19th ave in ocala , fl has always been one of my favorite sweet treat places but after tonights events I wish -5 stars was an option ! The miss priss manager that was working 9/21 at 9 pm was such a disgrace for a role model for her staff ! When I called to ask what I am supposed to do with my blast that was made incorrectly and did I raise my voice yes because after craving this blast for almost a week and finding the time as a single mother to get this treat alone is slim to none and I was so disappointed a simple order was made incorrectly . Yes I understand mistakes happen but Reese blast add cookie dough and chocolate syrup cause in 20 years sonic hasn’t learned to carry chocolate ice cream isn’t on the playing field of extreme experience needed ! So I was appreciative that a refund was giving to compensate for the gas I wasted on two trips but how do you have a manager who won’t even come to the window to speak to your customer and staff that are so uninformed on how to relay information ! So let’s end this with when I got home with my second one they thought it was a funny joke to only put toppings on the top none inside what so ever ! So yet again a ruined blast . Corporate please train your managers to do better...

I get tired of these so-called fast-food places never having their act together. Frankly, I'm losing my patience with it and I have to believe, since I'm an average Joe, that others are growing weary of it as well. I pulled up, ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings and a root beer to drink. Right away I'm told they are out of onion rings. It was inside the dinner hour. How are they out of onion rings? I have to believe there were plenty of frozen onion rings on hand, just none cooked. And if they were truly out, someone didn't get the ordering right. Either way, someone dropped the ball somewhere. And no more blaming the consumer or customer. It's not our fault you ran out! We need to stop tolerating this lack of pride in American workmanship and just drive away, as I've started doing and as I will make it a point to do moving forward....

Soon as we were backing straight out from space, our passenger mirror ripped off in the process due to their sign being bent the wrong way!! When we told an employee, she stated it just happened to someone else! My initial thought was why wasn't spot blocked off so this wouldn't happen to anyone else?!? I asked her to get a manager to let me know what steps will be taken bc she wasnt sure. They send out another employee who answered my question. Then here comes the asst manager who clearly had an attitude for no reason at all & said the manager wasnt there and will reach out to me. Never got to enjoy our food bc after all this it was cold. I will update my review...Update: This location has disputed against my insurance. They wont do ANYTHING to make it right!! What a joke. Wont even return...
