Complete incompetence and neglect at this location. Went in today to pick up a mobile order, and also place an order for one donut for my son that said was unavailable on the app but was available in store. When arriving the drive through had three cars. There was one lady in front of me, who had waited much longer than my husband and I. 10 minutes went by and we were completely ignored. Everyone at the counter was ignored. No eye contact, no “hold on one second” it was complete avoidance. Our coffees came up one of them being wrong. We never received the toasted bagel. Another 10 min went by and at this point the drive through had cycled through about 5 times. My husband spoke up and asked one employee, “excuse me will we be served at some point?” And her response without looking at him was “some point”. The woman in front of this then immediately asked for a manager. Amber the manager shouted at all of us “DRIVE THROUGH HAS PRIORITY” I explained we never received our bagel and would like to simply place an order for one donut and we’ve waited 20 minutes with the drive through being helped the whole time. She then repeated “DRIVE THROUGH HAS PRIORITY” we essentially were refused service. All 7 customers in line. They had a fully stocked rack of all donuts and were telling drive through customers they didn’t have Half the donuts they had. I’m not sure who actually runs this store, but Amber should not be a manager. She was not doing her job and setting a horrible example for the employees. Also, when they finally handed me my bagel, it wasn’t toasted. This was the most frustrating experience at a DD I’ve ever had in my life. I have a video I took of half of what transpired. Read moreYesterday.... 1/2/2021 and actually normally I receive excellent service. Yesterday in particular, the girl was so polite and friendly I gave her an $8 tip and told her that her and her team do an amazing job. TODAY @ 6:30 am. I do my usual. The girl was not into it. I had to repeat my order numerous times before she finally got it right. Got up to the pick up window. No greeting. Handed me my bagel. Handed me my latte. Still no response. Hardly even looked at me. I realized the reason she got my order wrong each time and Long periods of silence were because she was doing other things and not paying attention. Although, there was only one other car in the drive thru. I realize that times are rough right now and people are stressed but I also work in customer service and it’s one thing to be busy and another thing to be down right RUDE. The girl that was running the drive thru on 1/2/2021. You are amazing. Every time I come there you give the best service ever and thank you for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The girl who took my order on 1/3/2021. Take things slower. Even if you are having a hectic or bad day. I didn't know exactly how many donuts I want it and because I ordered two and then I decided I was going to get two more he got nasty and was like well how many donuts are you going to order anyway and I'm thinking it doesn't matter if I order two or if it's going to be a dozen it just seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was ordering Donuts if that wasn't bad enough then I ordered a large coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and I received a large coffee with extra cream and no sugar so when I asked for sugar it's over there, like don't bother me..... like if you're in food service you should be more polite at the counter when a customer asks you for something yes would you like some liquid sugar let me get that for you please I know a little I think they need to retrain their staff take care of a customer rather than give him the boot and shove them out the door I will definitely make sure that I go to another Dunkin Donuts instead of this one anymore unless someone wants to do something about...
