Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Ocala

They exist!! You won't be able to find them and order on the NEW Long John Silver App, UNFORTUNELY, but they are still here and open with great service and fresh food as always! Talk to staff about why I can't order online they the website/App like I've always have done here especially now when they gave just stated their rewards program. So if you're winding the same thing this is what I know.... According to the New Official App, this location does not exist anymore! Like it just isn't and has never been there ever... Like what?!?! That's what I was thinking trying to order there yesterday Like I have done so many times before this. No matter what i did I couldn't get this store to come up in the app meaning I couldn't place an order online unless thru another for app.... The cashier told me inside that they know about this issue and the GM at this location has been working on this issue ever since this new App was launched and all roads so far has lead to dead ends in getting this matter resolved... Calls and calls and calls.... all the way up the ladder of this company to the top and Noone can figure out why they don't exist in the app and even how to get them to exist on the app.... How is that possible even? I'm just as confused as everyone else, including the staff here. This is something that this store wants to get solve for their cUstomers and are working actively on fixing this matter for us. They need our help too! On your receipt please go online and fill out that survey and let them know about this issue, they hope by more and more customers reporting this as well it could correct this issue faster. Until it is, unfortunately, this is going to be an "Old School" location only. They are open so you get a craving like I do for this place, then head there and go inside or thru the drive thru and place your order just like we did back in...

I'm a commercial fisherman and for some reason even though I catch tons of fish I've always enjoyed going and getting some good ol Long John Silvers with my dad since I was a boy since my mother doesn't eat fish.. I've been to many many Long John silver locations including Georgia Pennsylvania South Carolina and many in Florida and I can say this particular location is amazing and definitely deserves a five-star rating from me the staff was friendly the service was very quick everything was in order everything looked perfect not over greasy there was even a extra hush Puppy so they aren't leaving their hush puppies laying around and getting old they are actually using them to make their customers happy which is a huge Plus nowadays and hard to find the chicken basket was only $6.99 and perfectly cooked not undercooked whatsoever and the battering was perfect 10 out of 10 I don't think if I wished for it they could have made my order or my father's order any better I will leave it at that so definitely definitely keep up the amazing work guys because I definitely noticed... You guys deserve a gift from corporate!! I'm top 5% in all of Google Reviewers so cheers to you guys and your hard work you put in for the company!!! I'll be back again this month!!

The employees here were very courteous and and friendly and very keen to offer up the best deals based on what you were interested in. This place has been around since 1969 and on entering you really wouldn't be able to tell because the tables all look like they were just put in yesterday or something. I noticed immediately how clean the place was kept, from the tables being immaculately wiped down to the bathroom looking like it was constantly attended to. A place doesn't look like this without management being serious about it and making it an important policy. The food was hot and crispy and tasted just as I remember from many years ago when I used to get lunch at the one across from Gainesville High School in the 80s. I ordered the 3pc Chicken Combo with Cole slaw and fries. I was very impressed with this place. We used to have two LJS's in Gainesville and we lost both and I miss them terribly. On the way out I ordered 9 more chicken pieces to take home because I knew it would be a long while before I had excuse to get back to...
