Read under the Health and Safety Section: Mask required; Staff required to disinfect between visits. When I first arrived at about 7:30ish, I parked outside the business and remained in the car for a few moments before entering the establishment. No customers had entered or exited during the time I waited outside..I noticed that there were no customers inside, only employees. Two near the register and one pushing around a cart dealing with the pizza dough. They were initially the only employees in view. I looked at the menu attached to plexiglass by the register. After about 1 minute, I ordered and paid for what I was going to purchase. The employee that was pushing the cart, started handling the pizza dough that was the baking sheets sracked near the prep area. None of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. I stood there watching and never did I see him leave to wash his hands before handling the food items. A couple of customers entered and were placing their order. I was looking at the prep area that had looked like it had not been cleaned for a extended period of time. There was pizza ingredients left over from previous orders still on the prep service area. Then another employee came from the back area of the kitchen (again, no one wearing gloves or masks) looking like she had just woken up from a nap. Getting the pizza dough and placing it directly onto the prep service area that had not been cleaned or DISINFECTED, she started making what was supposed to be my order. All the while, the other couple that had placed their order had gone over to the seating section. I was disgusted with what I had observed, I decided to cancel my order and requested my money back. This was on Sunday July 24, 2022 at about 7:30ish and this incident took about 7-10 minutes. Hopefully the district manager or someone with authority will review this and the video and take the appropriate action. I will NOT eat or recommend this establishment...
Read morePerson at the register, long dreads for hair. Your customer service is terrible. You shouldn't even show up to work if you are going to have such an attitude. I will never be returning to this place to receive subpar pizza as well as an attitude just for walking up to the register. Why should I even have tipped you? Just know you provided one of the worst customer service experiences i've had in years. I called the store later in the evening and was placed on an endless hold when asking to speak to a supervisor on staff. I called back and spoke to a "Ty" he said his name was. Ty said he was the manager on site and he would "speak to the worker" who provided atrocious customer service. I know times are tough trying to get people to work. However, I won't be returning to your establishment because of a worker of yours Marco's pizza. On another side note, I asked for no mushrooms and am currently eating mushrooms on my Philly pizza. Thanks, but no thanks Marco's pizza, last AND ONLY time for ya.

I first can tell you, crust was a thicker then normal for a regular pie. You can tell everything added was was shipped in, thawed and thrown in. Veggies are only thing that I know to be a fact as fresh. Salad I ordered was again frozen chicken thawed. bag of what looks like grilled. Not what I wanted. For sure not the case.I ordered chicken salad with an option of sauce. I chose ranch. I received 4 Ceasars single serving packages and one ranch single serve. Way to much sauce on the pizza as well. The only good thing about the salad was the croutons, which, were for sure not created there, but the parm thin slices on my salad.
