McDonald's — Restaurant in Ocala

This is by far the WORST McDonald's franchise I can visit in ocala. Where to start the employees are extremely rude as I've dealt with pretty much each of them over the time driving to work in morning.. it's the only reason I go to this Mc Donalds. Today I went through drive through the first window I met a lady who was sitting at a chair almost lounging . I have a low car and already was stretching to give her my card but couldn't stretch no more ... she huffed and eventually got up to still half reach for card, swipe rudely and then gave my card back and sat down... I drove to window 2 sure nothing could be more unwelcoming and unprofessional than that... at window two the girl gave me a small coke in a paper cup with a lot of ice. ( I ordered medium coke light ice in Styrofoam cup like I always order because here you have to) I said mam I am sorry but I ordered a medium coke light ice in styrofoam... she took my drink poured it in a Styrofoam cup and put a huge scoop of ice and a splash of coke. I waited for fizz to settle .. the coke was a little over half mark so I only had a half cup of coke. I said mam it's half full now .... she snapped back and said "I thought you wanted the cup" .... are you kidding me. After that she filled the cup still full of ice and then went off somewhere else all most as if to get someone else to take care of me ... I did not have time to continue waiting as I had to get to work myself so I drove off order a completely messed up from the start rude Service as usual just know if I do not go to work I would much rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another McDonald's because this one is by far the worst McDonald's that I have seen an operation I just don't understand why you never get a complimentary ketchup with your hash brown you're always greeted with a frown and you're always made to feel that you're a problem well I'm sorry for wanting to give you the money that I earned but this McDonald's is definitely not deserving of any...

This is the first McDonald's that I've gone to where the customer service is not good. Every time I go there the staff is busy, which is great, but the attention is all on the drive thru. When you go inside you have to wait for an employee to acknowledge you're even there. There's been too many times to count that I have had to call out to get the attention of any worker to take my order. The last time I was there, after I finally got someone to take my order, I literally had to wait 24 minutes for the order. And I didn't have a huge order either! When my number was called by the manager I said I had ordered a large vanilla shake too. Without saying a word to me she turned around with her back to me. She started saying something, but I figured she didn't hear me so I said it again. That's when she actually gave me an attitude saying, "I wasn't talking to you, I'm talking to her (the employee that took my order). I felt I was in the wrong, so I said I'm sorry, but then I thought why am I apologizing? I had nothing to be sorry for. That manager didn't say sorry to me for her blatent lack of respect or sorry for the long wait. I was stunned that she yelled at me!! This is the type of service you get at this particular McDonald's. I wonder if the owner of this franchise is aware of the manager and...

What a day for my husband. Car broke down on 75 in Ocala on his way to Georgia for inspection of our new home. Stuck for three hours waiting for a tow (in the heat). Tow truck guy takes him to the Chevy dealer along with the car and wouldn't drop him off at the Fairfield inn two miles. Called Uber 😏.the driver got their fast and took him to the hotel..after checking into the hotel, he goes to McDonald's before they close by now he is starving.he lives McDonald's..... The inside is closed, and only the drive-thru is open. So he walks through the drive-thru (This guy really wants his McDonald's) and puts an order in. The manager told him that he cannot place an order through the drive through without a car. A nice woman in a car offers to place the order for him. The manager refused. The lady went off on the manager and so did my husband.(thank you nice lady,) My husband explained to the manager that his car is at the Chevy dealer because it broke down on the highway and he had to have it towed and he is staying in a local hotel. Then the manager said okay I'll take your order by then my husband was so frustrated he said forget it!!! 🥴🤦 My husband just retired from the army after 33 long years!!! Sad...
