I ordered the 2’item combo. Rice, orange chicken, and Mongolian chicken. First off they didn’t even welcome me at all. They just looking at me as if I’m dumb while I’m eating on them to acknowledge me. Food was horrible. Orange chicken was super over cooked, hard. I went to show the guy by cashier he just points with his finger to a female worker who served my food. I go up to her, all she says “we can’t take it back.” Well duh! I’m just trying to show her. She goes to just serve me again from the same bash of orange chicken and it was still super over cooked, hard, nasty. She didn’t even apologize nor anything. I said thank you and she just went on with her business. Well , I started to eat the rice and guess what?! Semi cold, no taste whatsoever!!!! Tasted mmm idk like when you reheat two days old rice idk … I didnt go back to mention this due to some people in line I did t want to make them look bad in front of them! It's my favorite restaurant in this particular food court; including...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for fresh Chinese food for years and have always enjoyed their combo meals. I do miss the days when you could sample before buying—it made the experience even better.
The food is still good and freshly made, but the service has gone downhill. On my last visit, the associate was rude and aggressive just because I didn’t want rice or noodles with my meal. She insisted that I had to choose one, but when I came back to order another combo, she suddenly said I could get vegetables instead. The inconsistency and attitude were disappointing.
While the food remains solid, the poor service has made me reconsider this as my go-to spot when...
