UPDATE: IfixandRepair has added a generic response to this review. They have not contacted me at all. The owner Kibria called me last night at 8:47pm to tell me that his guy said he didn't break my iPad and therefore won't be doing anything. He then hung up on me and sent me a text that read "I am a better business man than any other, that's I believe. I take my customer like My brother ." All he cares about is making money and treats every customer like the dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Truly unfortunate that people like this own businesses. We need people who care about people owning businesses like this instead.
They broke my iPad and now say that it was my fault! I brought them a working iPad with a working screen that just had a crack on it. The guy said he would put the screen I brought him on for $50. After coming back 45 minutes later the guy said that he tried but couldnāt get the new screen to work. Then he added that when he tried to put the old screen back on it wouldnāt work either! I took to someone more trustworthy who told me that he broke the pin connectors when he tried to replace the screen. I talked to the owner who said itās not his responsibility and that h would not fix it because I brought a screen to him. Oh my goodness! Please avoid this place at all costs! Go to ReTech instead. Youāll pay a little more but will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I've come to this place twice and have wasted a pretty penny on my iPhone XR, to the point where I had to get a new phone. The first time was when I just wanted the screen fixed because of a few cracks. The price was reasonable the first time. 140$. It was fixed, and I went home with a seemingly good fixed phone. The phone had been cased, tempered glass, everything. A week if not less after I had come to this place to get it fixed, the screen had very noticeable glitching to the point where i couldn't even use it and it actually called emergency services on its own. I went the next day after the incident, and they asked me what the price was the first time. I told them 140, and he was telling me it was going to be more expensive to fix the SAME problem i came to them with in the first place. it costed me a hundred dollars more to get my phone fixed, but I was desperate. A couple weeks later, my phone is again experiencing glitching to the point where i cannot use it and will have to be getting a new phone. I called apple support, factory reset my phone twice, still a faulty phone. Apple support recommended that I don't come to this location for any repairs, and they may not be using authentic parts and are not authorized for apple products. This has taken too much time and money from me and I'm done with it. If I could leave 0...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf youāre reading reviews for this place just stop now and find another company that does this work. Brought in IPAD 6 gen for screen replacement, screen was replaced everything looked fine. The Battery was at 75+ % when I took it in. I get home and realize the home button is significantly lower than before, ok not a huge deal. Put it on the charger (yes Apple) and wake up to a dead iPad, no longer takes a charge. Call him up and explain and he says bring it in, I think to myself cool. I wait outside (quarantine) for a bit and he comes out and says everything is working fine. I get home put it back on charge and again failed to charge. Two days go by and I call him back to see what we can do, I did pay 100.00. He begins to tell me that heās the expert and that I donāt know what Iām talking about. Well this much I do know- I brought him a working iPad (just with a crack in screen) and left with one that doesnāt work at all now. So I have to go spend another 100.00 somewhere else to fix the problem HE CREATED. Do NOT use this place however convenient/inexpensive, in this case inexpensive means cheap. Iāll say it again...
